I selected the spice paisley design; it looks wonderful next to my red oak panelling in my den. I would rate the material as medium weight, not sure yet how durable it will be. Blocks a lot of light. The paisley is not only pretty to look at, it helps hide dirt and stains (applied by pets!). They were well-folded upon arrival, so I was able to immediately hang them without ironing. No unpleasant aroma detected as is sometimes the case with manufactured products. I had comparison-shopped in a couple of stores and didn't see any design as attractive.

I purchased these in both the spice and the taupe. The colors did not disappoint in either. I am going to return and order them in a longer length because the hem is not even. The taupe is worse. Doesn’t reach the floor and is uneven. The spice is about a half inch above the floor. I am replacing Pier One curtains also 84” in length and their hems are perfectly even and just kiss the floor as they are supposed to, so I know it’s not the height of my curtain rod. My fist impression is that the spice curtains feel more substantial. Like the material is heavier and the lining too. I may weigh them to see if it’s my imagination. Personally I love the spice. The feel heavier and look richer. But I will likely end up with the taupe as it is a more neutral backdrop for an open floor plan that has kitchen, dining room and living room all connected to the windows the curtains will be on.

Beautiful, heavy and satin like material. I wish they blacked out the light a little more, but it does block enough to get rid of the light that reflects on the TV.

Liked the colors, the weight, the uv backing while still being lite enough to allow filtered light.

Curtain is beautiful. Picture looks like there is more white but there is not. Back is silver. Washed beautifully. I ironed them on delicate and they looked great. Using in south facing guest bedroom to reduce summer heat and the occasional weekend nap! When open they take up very little space on rod. Very very happy with purchase

The curtains arrived in a timely manner. The colors looked like the pictures. I did steam them to make them look more "crisp." I am glad I purchased them. They are not sheer or room darkening, but I did not order them for either of those, I am happy with my purchase.

The curtains finally arrived after a few weeks. The pattern is nice and compliments the room. They are elegant and hang well, but do not block as much light and heat as I expected.

Nice fabric! I would say its a medium weight fabric Lovely color/pattern. The reverse side is a silver grey light repelling fabric not that coating stuff, that scratches off. They do need to be press after being in the package. Please see pictures. I put one up to show you the size of the paisley patter. The thicker blue line is inches. Brighten up our Livingroom/dinning combo. Very happy with the purchase.

The only thing I don’t like is they don’t block the light as much as I wanted.

the description of these curtains is incorrect, they are definitely not black out curtains, if you want blackout curtains do not by these. Unfortunately I had to have mine altered before they would fit in the window, if it was not for this fact I would be returning them. Amazon should be aware that this items description is false.

These are really nice curtain panels. The fabric is very soft and drapes beautifully. I was surprised at how soft and light weight each panel is since they are room darkening. However the unique backing (a silver colour) does its job very well without making the panel stiff or heavy. We hung these in a spare bedroom after giving them a light steam to remove slight wrinkles from the packaging. They look gorgeous. Very pleased with these panels.

Good quality, good price

These were just delivered and I put them up immediately. I'm so glad I chose these curtains, when it was time to upgrade the window coverings in my bedroom. I love the elegant pattern, the colours work perfectly with my décor -- and they feel wonderful to the touch, which I wasn't expecting. They came very quickly, too. The backing shows a silvery-white colour to the street, which is important in many buildings -- and they are dense enough that they control the light very nicely.
