Life is a bowl of cherries
I sleep better when I do a bedtime smoothie using this stuff. It's cheaper than buying whole cherries each week. Tastes really good too.

GREAT FOR SLEEP
Really helps with getting to sleep. Just an hour or so before bed does wonders. With all the hype this really works as advertized.

It works
I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy. Was looking st a lifetime of progressively stronger meds until this was recommended. It most definitely has improved the swelling and tenderness. A bonus is that I am sleeping better as well. The flavor is good, I stir mine into water or yogurt. Good value, and very effective. That said, don't go off your prescriptions, and most definitely talk to your doctor first.

Flavor is not good!
One star is only because it arrived on time. This tart cherry extract directions for use are 1 tsp per 8 oz liquid. Tasted awful. Cannot use this product. Please refund.
