I looked for a while to find a good shampoo bar as I started to transition toward a zero waste lifestyle. The shampoo bar is fantastic and is my absolute go to. It does not disintegrate fast or turn to mush, which is amazing as other others were just fall apart in a week or two. It creates just enough suds to make my hair feel clean, you barely need any lather to get the amount of suds you need. It takes some getting used to when switching from liquid shampoo, but it’s definitely worth to try! My hair never feels dried out or oily after. For the money it lasts well over month!

By far the best shampoo & conditioner I've ever used. Fine, flat, no body, fly-away, oily. This is my hair. This shampoo cleans without stripping and - along with the conditioner - gives it great body that lasts. A miracle. Plus, I can get by with washing my hair every other day, which I've never been able to do with any other product. The bars may seem pricey, I guess, but they last a really long time. Lovely mild scent as well. FWIW, I'm in my 70s and have used many hair products in my lifetime. These are truly the best ever.

Great invention! Sweet little shampoo bar works very well for my short fine hair - lathers up and rinses clean. Almost zero fragrance. Easy to use. And NO PLASTIC packaging.

I really love this shampoo bar and it works great with my oily hair. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm not a fan of the design. It is difficult to hold and I find it awkward to use. Otherwise, love it.

I've been trying different bar shampoos for years and hadn't tried this brand as it was more expensive. Finally did and it's good. I have short hair so I only need to wet it and rub over my hair about 3-4 times to get enough in for a really good lather that washes out very clean. Also liked the minimal plastic free packaging. This bar will last a long time, it's not melting in the shower, smells nice but the scent does not linger. Would buy again.

I guess I’m not ready for bar shampoo. It would be great if I had a water softener. As it stands, I do not.

I have used every shampoo for body for my old, thinning, colored long hair. All turn my hair into hay. Thought I would try this one too. It seemed weird to try to wash my hair with an oddly shaped, little soap bar. Hmm...I did not get much lather on the first round, but did on the second. And now, where to put it? It is a storage challenge..don't want to keep in the shower it would rinse away. I let it dry on my hand soap holder at my sink. When dry, stuffed it back into the box it came in. And now for the result..THE BEST EVER! my hair has body, lifted from my scalp (I usually use the Ordinary drops to get that effect, or other added spray products for root lifting)...but no need. My hair is shiny, has body and I can go 3-4 days or maybe even 5 before washing. I want it to last so my second use, I used my old shampoo and then get a wonderful lather and know how to use less than the first time

I’ve been using HiBar moisturize shampoo and conditioner for a few years now. My oldest daughter, who has very thick hair, has been using it on her own since she was 7 or 8, it’s easy for her to use but not over use. I have also been using it in my toddler for about a year as she has a head full of curly hair. I appreciate the quality, clean ingredients, small footprint in the shower, and ease of use. No residue left behind, hair feels clean and soft and is healthy, and for the first time I was able to extend days between washes.
