J'ai utilisé le duo-ball 8 cm pour des douleurs récurrentes dans le haut du dos (rhomboides) à cause de problèmes de posture. L'objet est très efficace. Je l'ai utilisé uniquement en position allongée mais attention il est très dur, donc suivant vôtre poids et votre corpulence il ne sera peut être pas adapté. Je continue à l'utiliser régulièrement avant et après une séance de sport par exemple.

I have bought a standard roller like this but it just didn't work as the rollers were too far apart. It came in one size only. I thought I would give this roller a try because it had different sizes. I bought the small and it hits the spots between my shoulder blades perfectly. It REALLY helps in a way no other roller can. Love it. Picture is taken of it on my iPad to show the size. Its really very light so could take anywhere if needed.

I have had back pain for years and have tried lots of gadgets, but this is with a doubt one of the best things I have ever used to massage my erector muscles. It has made a huge difference.

Love this "peanut" roller! Its the perfect size for getting into the middle of the back, great for rolling out the neck and legs, and also the arms. Its well crafted and seems like it will last quite a while. And it had/has no off gassing odor! There are different density levels to these rollers, this one from DuoBall is perfect for me. I like harder rollers over softer ones, but Ive been using foam rollers for years. If your just starting off be sure to get a roller that is comfortable for your needs. I love this product and would definitely recommend!
