HUAWEI CM510 Bluetooth MiniSpeaker - Black

I rarely write reviews, but at just over £25 for two of these you cannot go wrong. I have bought and heard many Bluetooth speakers over the years from £5 min speakers to £200 Harmon Kardon. At this size and price point these are amazing. The stereo pair function is the real deal. It sets them apart from other similar speakers and the bass is also phenomenal for such a small unit. I know Huawei have had a bad press, but I have always been a fan of their well-priced and high quality products. Even my 16 year old Apple obsessed daughter had to admit that these little fellas pack a real punch! Buy some!

I bought these as 2 separate speakers having read the review and blurb stating they can be paired for stereo, which they can, however you have to figure out which is left Chanel and which is right, and that changes each time you connect. I figured out the first you connect is right chanel ( you have to connect one, then connect the second to the first). The sound is good, not just for something this size, I have bigger plug in phono ones that are twice the size that are only a bit louder than these) however the bass is missing, there is a little, but I suppose that is to be expected for such tiny speakers but worth a mention as my ear buds have much better bass. The battery life is enough to watch a standard film, but not much more, on full charge. I bought a usb splitter as I only have on old style usb port on my tablet which is what I am using them for, and each speaker needs to be charged so bear that in mind if you buy 2 for stereo sound. Charging is plug in, wait for the red light to turn blue, done. These are not waterproof, I know this because the charging ports have no cover so not suited for the great British outdoors unless we get another bumper summer, which reports are already suggesting we will. I think I could have done better for Bluetooth stereo pair price wise if I had shopped around, shame they don't offer a paired pricing, but, as far as connectivity goes, no issues, and they fit into a ski glasses case I have, so transportation is easy for me, but know they don't come with a carry case, so if portability is a bonus, and these are diddy, then I personally would recommend finding a sturdy case to pop them in as the membrane on the bottom is exposed, neat & good looking but exposed so I think it could easily be punctured by pens, glasses, etc if you just throw them in a bag without protection. Overall happy, just feel a few tweeks would improve the overall experience, such as bass, paired sets, carry case, cover for charging ports, if not for waterproofing then at least to stop bag lint getting in there.

I got a free CM510 when I bought a Huawei tablet a couple of years ago. The sound is superb for the small size and they are very reasonably priced. I bought another pair recently for my wife to use with her Ipad mini as pairing two speakers for stereo sound is so simple. They aren't going to compete with your medium or large mains powered speakers, but when you want something portable and simple these are just the job.

Superb sound for such a small speaker. The passive radiator makes the bass comes alive. Turned up loud at 70% and you won't believe your eyes at the size of the speaker making such sound. I ordered for a second one immediately. Be patient when making the first pairing. Once you get through pairing that's it, When you switch off one, the other switch off too. You have to pair each one to your device separately so that any one can be used on its own. After this step is when you now pair the speakers together. Once paired together, anytime you switch both on they will connect together. But when you switch one off both get switched off at the same time. I love these pair of speakers.

I love this little gadget. It makes a rock solid connection to my phone and is loud enough and has good base. It has good enough battery life. I could wish the on off button was easier to see.

What an impressive piece of technology from huawei! A great little compact speaker, that is the the size of a Small Sweet packet but packs a punch like Tyson! The sound, & bass quality of this little speaker is absolutely mind blowing, & very well. Priced for what you get. If your looking for a speaker to fit in your pocket with the sound abilities to fill a dance floor this is for you. Highly recommended from me👍🔊🔊

For its size it’s surprisingly good and loud, I bought it for the office in work and have no idea about the battery life because it’s always plugged in, but the speaker produces good sound and it’s loud and clear, the only down side (and I’m being very picky) is the USB cord is about a inch long (probably meant to be plugged in next to a laptop). But honestly it’s a great bargain and a great speaker at a great price

Ich hatte einen kleinen, günstigen Speaker gesucht, mit dem ich am Schreibtisch leise Musik hören kann, wenn außer mir niemand im Büro ist. Ich wollte nicht viel Geld ausgeben und hatte gar nicht damit gerechnet, dass es überhaupt etwas entsprechend günstiges auf dem Markt gibt, was halbwegs einen Markennamen trägt. Da ich mit meinem Huawei Handy voll zufrieden war und die Box hier viele gute Bewertungen hatte, habe ich sie bestellt. Sie ist genau das, was ich suchte. Klein, günstiger als erwartet, Klang für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Natürlich kann sie nicht mit teuren, größeren Konkurrenz-Produkten mithalten, aber das ist bestimmt jedem klar. Gemessen an Preis und Größe leistet die Box sehr gute Arbeit! Die Membran ist unten frei zugänglich. Wenn die Box häufig unterwegs mitgenommen wird, was sich wegen ihrer Größe anbietet, sollte man sie beim Transport schützen, damit die Membran nicht verletzt wird. Die Box ist klein und schnuckelig, das Design stimmt. Wirkt nicht billig.

it's more mini than I expected. but sound quality is over my expection. Very happy with this. consider to get a larger one at 199. Huawei of course.
