Speedo Womens Swimsuit Brief Powerflex Eco Dive Solid

My actual waist size is 32”, however I’ve learned over the years that garment manufacturers use “waist” to mean where the waistband actually sets, which in this case is closer to the top of the hips than the true waist; I ordered size 34 and the fit is indeed exact where the waistband sets (as accurately seen on model) while the rest of this swim brief fits the (slim) body smoothly and accurately with just enough material to securely cover and comfortably stay in place throughout a lap-swimming session. All stitching is neat and accurate as well as strong; excellent build quality with an ample and sturdy waistband-drawstring sewn-in to the double-lined front-half panel and flat-stitched as needed; no bulky panel-joints, etc. So far, after about 8 weeks of 3x/week (on average) usage (in deep blue; I also bought one in blank, which I’ve used just a few times), in fairly harshly chlorinated water, the fabric and color are unchanged; fresh-water rinsed after each use and air-dried. Some here have complained about durability and fading while swimming several days a week—as many as 6, much as I do. Well, yes, in 5-6 months of such use, it will fade and the fabric will finally loose its strength in chlorine pool water. I’m not surprised by this, seems to be normal given the circumstances.

Please continue making and selling this style; it's excellent, classic, comfortable, and perfect for middle-aged people like me. I swim twice a week, weigh 70 kg, and don't consider myself particularly athletic, but this brief, besides being comfortable, fits my body type perfectly. At 47, I'm not embarrassed to wear one of these for my workouts. I highly recommend it.

I'm sure those of you who've lost a lot of weight are annoyed with the little bit of excess skin. Normal bikini bathing suits are too low cut (men) and look terrible. This does a good job, yet still has a little bit of the Bikini left in it, making it very comfortable for Aqua Fitness and laps. I'm 6'1 215lbs. Ordered a 40 and it's perfect. Not too tight around my legs, which Speedo is horrible for. I run 5 miles 4 times a week and swim a mile the same number of days (so you know my fitness level). Believe it or not, I've tried some mid-waist bikini bottoms from the female lineup and they worked well with the fit, but the legs were too high cut. This swimsuit is just about perfect. I only wish they had some sporty prints/designs. The all black is sort of Grandpa.

These are excellent swimsuit for us bigger guys, I'm So happy that they made this style in different colors instead of just navy, and black, I'm planning on getting one of each color

I bought two of these suits, one black, one blue. These are dive suits that I believe are intended for scuba diving or snorkeling. i purchased them to wear in our hot tub at the beach. They are dry almost immediately when you get out of the water. The suits I wear to the pool and beach drip a lot and I was looking for something that would hold less water and not be excessively drippy. These suits provide more coverage than a banana hammock, but have a lot less fabric than a pair of jams. I am a big man (6'4", 300+) and the suit fits good and is very comfortable. I would buy this suit again.

Sizing is small. Chart said I needed a size 36 for my waist size (38in). It was way too small.

I have purchased this suit twice and both times the coating and fabric flakes, breaks down and then the fabric becomes sheer/see through after 3-4 months of using the suit 2-3x/week for a 30 minute swim. The fabric also became baggy. I thoroughly hand rinsed the suit in a sink after every swim and our pool has a standard chlorine level. The suit was never worn in a hot tub or a hot shower. It should not fail after such a short period of time. Very disappointed in this product.

It’s something I have been looking for - for a number of years now, as the normal racing speedo is far too brief for my body shape, sadly but never mind, it looks good on me.
