The taste is surprisingly pleasant—not overly sweet or chalky like some other liquid supplements I’ve tried. It’s smooth, easy to swallow, and I actually look forward to taking it each morning. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a real difference—more steady energy throughout the day, clearer skin, and just an overall healthier feeling. I also love that it’s made with quality ingredients, is vegan-friendly, and free from unnecessary additives. and because it’s liquid, I feel like my body absorbs it faster. Honestly, this is one of those rare products that lives up to the hype. I’m already on my second bottle and plan on keeping it as a staple in my routine!

Horrible taste! But that’s really all that’s bad about it..Since I’ve started taking the multivitamin, my energy level has been 10/10. I love this vitamin I just wished it tasted better.

I am starting my second month of taking it and I love it and I’m very impressed! I can tell the days I don’t take it, because I am a full-time education teacher for pre-K through third grade and then I also work part-time as a pharmacy technician so I need all the energy I can get and also all the immunity! And I am a terrible pill taker which is why it never worked out with pills for me with vitamins so I’m very grateful to have a liquid one where it’s very easy to take easy to measure and it’s only one dose instead of having to take 10 pills to get the same thing. I’m getting now with 30 MLS. And the taste is so good! Because I tried some of the raspberry that I found at my pharmacy and it was so gross that I could not finish it, and I didn’t have near them out of good things in it like the strawberry does. And my boyfriend has tease me about it, making me more of a ginger I guess I’ll have to update that later ha! But highly recommend it’s been amazing and I’m so glad I’ve started taking it!

I have more overall energy and feel better. 4 stars though because it is disgustingly sweet. Tastes alright, the strawberry. I’d give up some taste if they’d cut out at least half the sweetener! I have to drink a ton of water to keep from choking on the sweetness. I wouldn’t mix it with juice because I’d end up on an ugly sugar high! Instead I make sure to take some sort of protein to balance out. It is worth the trouble. I feel like these vitamins are absorbed and don’t upset my stomach even if I don’t eat anything at all. I was on a high quality vitamin pill but it upset my stomach if I didn’t eat and I didn’t feel half as well as I do on this. ‘Twould be perfect were it not so sweet.

If you want an easy solution to feeling much better, please read this entire review. I was spending a lot of money on separate supplements. I had no way of knowing if they were helping or not, and it was an oppressive chore to take them at the right time with or without food every day. This product has been an incredible game - changer. One dose once a day - no fuss no muss ! It's a super clean, superior product and the results are astonishing. Most people are walking around with some kind of deficiency. They have no way of knowing it and they don't feel nearly as well as they could. There's a reaction in holistic circles called "the AHA response." It happens when something your body desperately needs is finally introduced and your body lets you know that this is good. I felt it immediately after taking the first dose. I have multiple, serious medical conditions and my energy level was remarkably sustained throughout the day and evening. I wake up feeling much less groggy. Sugar cravings have disappeared. The price for this product is amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Been drinking this liquid supplement for the past two years and really love it. This flavor is my favorite. I take two tablespoons first thing in the morning. It’s like a magic miracle vitamin because it gets rid off my sore throat right away. I’ve had several occasions where I woke up with sore throat or feeling under the weather, but this always made me feel better right after taking it. I ran into issues of not able to take this with me on trips since this has to be refrigerated after opening. Then I found out they have little travel sized glass bottles and I took those on trips which are so much better. I think if I skip a day or two forgetting taking this, I get sick right away. This just gets rid off any viruses and germs instantly. I don’t know how Mary does it but I can’t live without this.

Extremely sweet flavor. Unfortunately not my cup of tea, very hard to take because the strong sweetness from it, if you do enjoy very sweet flavors this will be perfect for you. Reminded me of the Scott Emulsion I used to take as a kid against my will lol.
