Over time the product sinks into the substrate and converts any rust to solid material. Good quality products.
Haven't got around to using this yet but assume it's manufactured to the same high standard and performs as well as the company's chassis paint.

A must if you need to protect steelwork.Hard wearing rust converter. i have been using this restoring landrovers for years. and it really is good

This seems as good or better than any other rust stopping paint I've used.Looks like thick red-oxide and dries quickly.
