Good taste, good value, feels great to drink it
These electrolytes are a game changer!! Dissolves very quickly, I like the pink lemonade taste, and it’s very refreshing. I only add a tiny bit because I like to keep a light flavor. It comes with a little plastic spoon thingy to add the powder to the water. I feel the difference, in my body when I drink it, more hydration for sure! Very easy to use and good value. I can’t wait to try all the different flavors.

Thus far-Impressed!
As I went online to reorder another electrolyte replacement powder that I have been using for a few years now, I came across the KEY NUTRIENTS electrolyte replacement powder. As I compared the ingredients to what I had been using before, I found out that ALL of the electrolyte, vitamins & minerals were in higher amounts AND at a much cheaper price [currently, today, 2/24/21 though, the powder I was using before did drop the price to be more comparable with the KEY NUTRIENTS however the advantage that I see is the amounts of the electrolytes, vitamins & minerals-a big advantage for me] to be still for a 90 serving container. I was also impressed with not only the electrolyte ingredients but also the "other" ingredients that go into the mix as well. It is sweetened with stevia leaf extract and spirulina (for the BLUE RASPBERRY flavor) & beet root & beta-carotene (for the CHERRY-POM) gives it the color and as much of a label reader as I am for everything, I was more than willing to give this KEY NUTRIENTS brand a try. I ordered two containers the flavors being BLUE RASPBERRY & CHERRY POM(egranate). Today, 2/24/21 I decided to mix both flavors for my bicycling ride this morning. The attached picture show the CHERRY-POM flavor (red water bottle) & the BLUE RASPBERRY flavor (tinge of blue color water bottle). Mix 1 scoop (provided) into 16 oz of liquid (the bottles in the picture are 16.9oz size but I filled them only up to the neck of the bottle & I already drank some out of each bottle for a taste test). What do I think about the taste? For the BLUE RASPBERRY: First off, I like the tinge of blue color of the powder and with my first sip I first tasted a tartness followed immediately with a sweetness and I could even recognize the flavor being "berryish" Both the tartness and the sweetness were not overwhelming but nicely balanced. Personally, if a drink were to lean one way or another, I would prefer a tartness over a sickening sweetness but like I said, my taste testing of this one was very balanced-not too tart and not too sweet with the sweetness occurring about a second or two after the initial tartness. If you prefer something with an overly sweet taste then mixing this powder with juice or flavored drink would probably suit you. I found this drink to be refreshing and definitely something that I could drink throughout the day if needed. For the CHERRY-POM flavor: a nice light cherry red color and the first thing I noticed, after the color, was the smoothness of the drink. Not gritty or anything of that nature but the best way I could describe it would be "smooth". The taste sensation is a nice sweetness followed closely with a nice cherry taste! Here again, not overly sweet but just enough so that there wasn't even a tartness on this one -not sure if there should be anyway (perhaps the pomegranate would tend to give a tartness?) But in any case it was just sweet enough for me without an excessive sweetness; and like I said, I definitely recognized the cherry taste, not overwhelming, but noticeable. I'm not sure if I was able to discern the pomegranate component but definitely the cherry. Perhaps somebody else may be able to distinguish the pomegranate more than me. Now, the BLUE RASPBERRY has 6 electrolytes and 11 vitamins & minerals. The CHERRY-POM has 6 electrolytes and 12 vitamins and minerals. The extra vitamin is the Riboflavin that the BLUE RASPBERRY doesn't have, for whatever reason I don't know but shouldn't really make a difference that it doesn't have it. In conclusion, I'm very impressed thus far with the look, how easy it is too mix [note: about 40 minutes after mixing and refrigerating, I wanted to take a look at the mixture. I looked at both water bottles, as what is in the picture, and I noticed very fine, I guess one could say, granules, floating around as I swirled the bottles. It doesn't affect the "smoothness" of the drink and it still doesn't give it a "grainy" taste but I would suspect that something that has upwards of 20 different ingredients that perhaps a vitamin or mineral or one that is chelated? There are two ingredients that are chelated, selenium & chromium. My guess is , that perhaps a chelation might not necessarily go completely in solution or one of the other vitamins or minerals that may not be so absorbable in the mix but will breakdown better once it's in the body? In any case, I am not concerned about it as I've reviewed every ingredient and approve of the ingredients that are in these powders.] Now the test of actually drinking them during my ride. I suspect that they will do what they are supposed to be doing because of the higher amounts than my previous powder brand had. I could think it would only be better. If I notice a significant change as far as energy level and other measurable changes in my workout as compared to my former brand of powder then I will edit this review. But for now, I'm very impressed and happy to have found this brand of electrolyte replacement powder!

Really nice but recommend drinking it asap
I was an avid ultima drinker but their prices are just too steep in this economy. I think you get the same or more with this one, similar ingredients, cheaper, and tastes great. It does start tasting like a flinstone vitamin if you don’t drink it right away though. The only downside. Before, I would fill a 40oz cup with water and then add 1/2-3/4 of a scoop to it and then sip it over a few hours. But if I do that with this stuff, it will taste very vitaminy. It’s not terrible though. I still choose this versus more expensive or less tasty options!

Effective, No Sugar, Great Taste
• Zero sugar, zero calories, keto/vegan friendly • Doesn't taste medicinal like some vitamin blends • Convenient for travel packets, workouts, fasting, or hot climates • Made in the USA at an NSF & GMP certified facility • Reasonably priced per serving Cons/watch-outs: • Some anecdotal reports of dizziness, headaches, or stomach discomfort after consumption — not universal, but worth noting if you're sensitive to stevia or magnesium • Sodium (110mg) is lower than some competing electrolyte powders, which some athletes prefer higher for heavy sweating • As with any supplement, claims aren't FDA-evaluated Bottom line: Best suited for everyday hydration, light workouts, or travel rather than serious endurance/heat-heavy sweat loss (where you'd want more sodium). The lemonade flavor is a genuine strength — it's one of the more frequently praised flavors in the lineup. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant/nursing, or take medication affecting electrolyte balance, check with a doctor before regular use.

Tastes GOOD
Ultima Replenisher is my go-to brand for its Grape flavor but the price is becoming ridiculous, so I thought I'd try something different that would save me a little money. The reviews complaining that this tastes terrible (Pineapple Coconut) are utter nonsense. Yes, taste & preference are subjective, but this tastes absolutely good. The flavor is pleasantly subtle while still tropical & not overly sweet. Note that the instructions say to use 16-20 ounces of water, so maybe the complainers are using 8 oz & their drink is overly concentrated. Lots of people don't read labels enough to know exactly what they're getting & what they're doing. This product is very palatable, contains a broader nutrient profile than Ultima, it's a white powder (not colored), & costs less than the same # servings of Ultima. I'll still get my fave Ultima Grape if I ever find it on a good sale to make it worth my while, but in the meantime I'm satisfied with this item & thankful for the cost savings (as well as the uncommon tropical flavor of pina colada that I also enjoy). Yes, this has some powder grains that dissolve slower than most powders but it does ultimately dissolve fully for me (unlike my magnesium citrate powder...looking at you, Nutricost) & I would certainly buy this again & maybe try some other tempting flavors (...Watermelon). Aroma is much lighter than Ultima & the scent of B vitamins (niacin is the culprit) is ever so faint. I use niacin separately & I understand that "medicinal" smell. This does not smell medicinal or off-putting in the slightest. Those reviews almost dissuaded me from trying this & I find them to be off their rocker. The only way to know if I'll like it is to try it myself. Sometimes I'm sorry I took a chance, but in this case I'm glad I did.

It's a bit different
Due to health issues, I need to drink a lot of electrolytes every day. I try to use electrolyte powders that aren't overly salty in a single serving, as it is better for me to spread that out through the day. I've been using a different brand with similar percentages of electrolytes. That one is pricier, so I thought I should at least try this one. It does what it is supposed to do, however in reality it is a lot different than powders I've used before. For one, the flavor is like a muted lemonade. It reminds me of the "lemon drink" at the doctor's that you have to drink before certain scans. It's a little meh. Not sweet, not sour, just very neon yellow. The consistency of the powder is also very different. This powder is fluffy, more like a cornstarch consistency. So it helps to add it to your water and get it shaken/stirred quickly. Other powders are more of a granulated consistency. It works, and it's cheaper, but I'm not sure how long I can deal with the flavor.

Excellent electrolyte replacement (most important), and o.k. taste
WHAT I PURCHASED: Key Nutrients, Electrolyte Recovery Plus, Orange flavor. WHAT I USE IT FOR: Electrolyte replacement (ER) for intense, high elevation gain hiking that causes a great amount of sweating and electrolyte loss. Hikes typically range from between 6 to 11 miles in length, and between 3,000 to 4,000 feet elevation gain. HOW I USE IT: One scoop/serving per hike, normally intended to be combined with 16 ounces of water, but I combine it with 28 ounces of water. OVERALL REVIEW: I had been using 1 PowerAde (zero sugar) bottled sports drink per hike for a while (plus regular water and food like bananas, energy bars, etc.) I was stocking up on PowerAde when it went on sale for about $0.70 per 28oz bottle. It was easy to pack/use and the flavor was good, but I wasn't happy with the minimal ER ingredients (similar to Gatorade). Also, the price has been going up in the last couple months (inflation!) PowerAde also only has a couple flavors that don’t have various color dyes (e.g., Yellow #5, etc.) I researched a lot of different ER products. The only ones that seems cost effective were powdered (versus bottled liquid). Of those I narrowed down to a few that were both cost effective (per serving) and had a good balance of ER ingredients. This product by Key Nutrients had the best over all balance. In fact it seems to be among the highest in electrolytes and one of the lowest in price. The cost per serving is around $0.35. That’s about half of the lowest PowerAde sale price I found, and yet the ER ingredient levels are far superior in this Key Nutrients product. When hiking using this ER drink I don’t seem to get as thirsty as fast, and more importantly I’m a bit less sore and for less time after hikes. This seems to indicate it is indeed working better as electrolyte replacement than PowerAde. FLAVOR REVIEW: The orange flavor tastes somewhat like Tang, as other reviewers have mentioned. It’s not bad, but also not great, which is part of the reason that I use more water to dilute it. I’m in it for the electrolytes not the flavor. That being said if it tasted awful like some reviewers say I wouldn’t drink it. It takes o.k., which works for me. Other reviewers have noted that it doesn’t mix completely and a little of it settles to the bottom, which is true. However, that hasn’t been an issue for me at all since all I do is simply shake the bottle a little before taking a drink and it mixes back up fine. I look forward to trying another flavor or 2 in the future, perhaps pink lemonade and raspberry. BOTTOM LINE – HIGHLY RECOMMENED: This is the best value I’ve found for ER combined with low cost. Also, I bought another container of the orange flavor today because Amazon has it on-sale for $4.50 off (so now only about $0.30/serving). RECOMMENDATION TO KEY NUTRIENTS COMPANY: Bring back the trial/sample option on your website or on Amazon. It would be great to try all the flavors before buying the full-size container and potentially having to hassle with a return. I’m willing to pay a fair price for a sample pack, as I’m sure are many others.

Affordable option, flavors are ok
Tasted pretty good (except for the peach mango flavor but I don’t like anything peach or mango flavor begin with). I didn’t notice any immediate difference in energy but I never do with electrolyte powder mixes. Overall, the flavors are just ok but they’re definitely a great and more affordable option compared to other brands. Took them on vacation with me and handed some out to family that had a little too much to drink. I don’t drink these every day but will definitely keep them on hand for days where I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water or for after intense workouts/activities.

Got poisoned
I took it twice for only for one day and I went to the emergency room as I was throwing up and couldn’t eat/drink anything with a pain in my whole body and fever. I didn’t think it was from the electrolytes but my husband tried a couple of sips and he got a very bad stomachache. We gave it to a friend to try it and he got the same symptoms. Horrible product and it has a terrible metal taste.

Highly Recommend
Delicious and nutritious! I start my day with this always. I am young and active, and highly recommend. Also bought for my grandmother (99yrs old) who was becoming dehydrated without enough water. With this powder, she loved the sweet taste, and I had peace of mind that she was getting extra nutrients and electrolytes. Truly tastes like juice! *Will become more tart over time so best to keep stirring if you are going to let it sit over time.

Para deshidrataciones leves. Sabor sutil a medicina.

I'm very happy with this electrolyte… Mine doesn't have maltodextrin
I have really been enjoying the Key Nutrients Electrolytes Powder Lemonade Flavour that I got back in November 29, 2023. (doesn't contain maltodextrin in the ingredients list) I used to get Dr. Bergs electrolyte powder because it has 3x the amount of potassium, but I couldn't justify the shipping prices to Canada anymore, so I'm glad I found this alternative on Amazon. Which has a lot more going for it and is less expensive. I usually only put half a scoop in with my 12 ounce water so that I can have it more often but I find it quite strong in flavour if I have the whole scoop. Though I think I don't need as much flavouring as most people do to be satisfied. I have also tried the 40 servings packets that comes with lemonade, pink lemonade, blue raspberry, watermelon and cherry pom. But I find that the blue raspberry, watermelon and cherry pom is way way too strong in flavour and didn't really enjoy them because of that. The pink lemonade though was great and therefore I purchased a container of that on April 13, 2024 (also didn't contain maltodextrin in the ingredients list… picture provided) I'm not sure why some are getting it with maltodextrin and can only guess that it could be from different facilities where they receive different types of Stevia and therefore have to have different labels. Hopefully it is a very small amount of maltodextrin.
