Lab work does not lie. This works
This works extremely well. I was released from the hospital last year in May and was told I had a severe B12 deficiency. I bought this product and had my labs done with my primary care provider just last week so it's been less than a year and my B12 was through the roof. My doctor said I had to stop taking the supplement because I no longer had the deficiency. Period!

Good Taste and More Energy!
I really like the Bronson Methyl B12 5000 mcg! It gives me more energy, and the taste is surprisingly good. My husband uses it too and feels the same. Easy to take and works well. I will definitely keep buying this.

Easy to swallow (Chew), good value, good quality

As good as any I suppose
I really don't know if these things are supposed to make a difference in the way I feel, however they are easy to swallow. I have to take them due to a medication which is supposed to deplete B12 from the body. I would say they're just as good as any other.
