After 30 years, the previous movement mechanism. Replaced with this movement, very easy to replace and took about 15 mins and so far working really accurately. The only thing was the supplied pendulum diameter was two small, so used the previous pendulum and previous movement used d size battery that lasted about three years this movement uses aa size battery so probably need changing more frequently. Really happy with the item and highly recommend it.

One thing to be aware of and something that I missed, it does not have a hook on the back to hang it on a wall. So, I had to engineers a stick on plastic piece so that it had something to hook it through. The clock mechanism is working and takes one AA battery, so only capable of swinging the very light pendulum that comes with it.

So easy to fit no problems glad I ordered with hands old ones would not fit. Very good buy

It works !! As it happens it wasn't suitable for the clock I wanted due the shaft being too long - but that's totally down to me. Great value, and kept perfect time. It has now been replaced with a shorter shaft model from the same supplier.

Needed to repair a clock where the hands had stopped moving but the pendulum still working. Great replacement.

After our old clock died me and the Mrs couldn't decide on a replacement, so I bought this kit to repair it, really simple to use, the instructions are easy to follow and it was cheaper than the price of a new clock so winner winner

Purchased thi to replace mechanism on old clock. Not the easiest to fit the fingers, had several tries before the clock worked. Clock is working now o/k and keeps good time. This clock has a tick so you need to look for other if you require a silent clock

Das Werk tickt richtig (wenn es auch nicht tack macht) ...das macht es sehr leise, und daher ist das fehlende Tack auch nicht störend. Ich habe eine alte Wanduhr, dessen mech. Werk defekt war, umgerüstet. Das mitgelieferte Pendel sah da etwas schmächtig und zu kurz aus und ich habe einfach das alte Pendel des mechanischen Werkes angehängt. Das läuft zunächst ganz prima - Mal sehen wie lange? In jedem Fall tut das Werk was es tun soll. Von den gestanzten Zeigern und dem Pendel sollte man sich nicht zu viel erwarten. Da ist ein wenig Nacharbeit bei Bedarf (z.B. Stanzgrate an der Unterseite der Zeiger), oder lackieren bei unpassender Farbe, notwendig. Der Preis geht auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Und den ersten Tag hat das Werk sekundengenau gemeistert. Achso, die auf der Packung aufgedruckte Anleitung, zwar nur engl., aber gut bebildert, kurz und prägnant - absolut vorbildlich. Für Uhenbastler und jemand, der möglicherweise wie ich, eine Umrüstung plant, absolut empfehlenswert. Hierbei aber auf jeden Fall vorher die Maße und Begebenheiten checken. Zeiger lassen sich im Bedarfsfalle leicht kürzen ...

Sustituí el mecanismo original del reloj de pared por el de cuarzo y puse el péndulo original también, así como las agujas y funciona de maravilla y el péndulo a la velocidad original también. Solo queda comprobar con el tiempo la exactitud de la maquinaria.
