Highest Vegan OTC IU's
Recent labs showed I have a vitamin D3 defiency. My doctor Rx a higher dose, but I was looking for a Vegan option. Solaray does not dissapoint. No weird aftertaste and one of the highest iu's you can buy OTC. If you only need to maintain, I suggest trying their lower dosage such as 2,500 iu's. Still awaitng follow-up tests, but I am hoping it has improved.

After 30 days…
Great product! Wanted to wait until I had taken for 30 days and received labs back. D3 labs came back on the higher end of normal. They work!

love this vegetarian product
I was incredibly grateful to find this vegetarian high-dose vitamin D. I am chronically deficient due to a medical condition and non-vegetarian products have always made me feel sick with all sorts of side effects. I had sworn off taking any supplements for many years until my husband convinced me to try this brand (the 1000iu capsules) and I was pleasantly shocked to not experience any side effects from taking them. I was originally taking 2000iu daily but my deficiency was persisting even though I get tons of sunlight daily - so I made the switch to this product and have been quite pleased with how I feel so far. I am hoping that this will help me ward off further rounds of prescription Vitamin D, which I truly dislike.

It was delivered in a timely manner
I've only been using them for a week so I have not experienced a change just yet. I've ordered other supplements from this company and I believe I will soon feel the difference.

Great for the body specially if you are not in the sub, the vitamin gives you the same. My doctor told me to double up during this pandemic so far my immune is great. Bones strength

easy to swallow
Love this stuff, brought me back from a vitamin d deficiency. It comes with some oil incase you aren't able to add enough fat in your meal to absorb the vitamin d.
