Perfect Fit and Improved Grip
Fits the Ricoh GR III perfectly and significantly improves grip and handling. The metal build feels solid and well-made, and it doesn’t interfere with buttons or dials. Easy to install and makes one-handed shooting much more comfortable.

Not really a thumb grip kind of guy, but this one works great!
At first, I thought, who needs a thumb grip for a camera this small, all it will do is get in the way of the camera's good ergonomics. I wear large-Xlarge gloves, but I find the GR IIIx grip pretty comfortable. But I decided to try it anyway, and it really has made a good difference. It is sooo much easier to hold the camera one-handed with the thumb grip. And since I am often hanging the camera off a ledge or outside a car window or something, I feel much more secure with the thumb grip installed. Now, it is true it takes up the hot shoe, but I don't use the flash for this camera all that often because it doesn't really fit in my pocket with the camera. It is also designed well away from the controls (see pictures) so it doesn't get in the way when I make adjustments. The fit in the hotshoe is quite secure as well, I never have to worry about it. Once you put it on, it will feel like a native part of the camera. Can't ask for a better 3rd-party accessory than that!

Good little gadget
Not too bad. If you got big fingers, the on/off button might be hard to press.

Fits perfectly without adding bulk
Provides much better handling for my Ricoh GR III. The metal construction is solid, and it fits perfectly without adding bulk. Highly recommended for street photographers.

FITMENT ISSUE
When I typed Ricoh GR 16MEGAPIXEL camera, this thumb grip came up. I checked the pictures of the camera layout vs the thumb grip and everything checked out! Got it and it doesn't fit exactly! The thumb grip doesn't fully go in to the hot shoe. It's not that bad actually! The thumb grip still holds in very well -it doesn't slip out at all!!! What annoys me more; is the fact, that I see the jjc part number, on the what was supposed to be hidden inside..... when I am looking at the front of my camera! I'm not a fan of companies putting their logos on their products to fight for attention, with my camera logos! I'm going to put some gaffer tape over the logo and then put back on the thumb grip!! Should be good to go after! I included two pictures so you can see what I'm referring to!

It goes in the hotshoe like it was meant to be there. Very sturdy, and gives the camera very nice grip. Highly recommended.

Super high quality! Highly recommend

Fits snuggly and does what it is supposed to. The height of the thumb area was a bit higher than my personal preference, but certainly not the biggest issue.

Perfect addition to the GRiii. Feels like it's meant to be there, oem quality.

Not as useful as I thought. Nothing wrong with the product other than it has some sharp corners and it makes the camera difficult to put in a pocket, purse or pouch. The original thumbrest on my GRIIIx is more comfortable. Ended up taking it back off (as did a lot of YouTubers).
