The best book on smoothies
While there are many casual smoothie recipes in the world, The Smoothie Project focus on all smoothies enabled me to learn to make basic smoothies deliciously - but also to experiment with different ingredients to add character, variation and differing nutrition to my smoothies. I've made the majority of recipes in the book - and found this to be the best, most dependable smoothie set of recipes I've ever used.

So good . . . even for people who think they already know everything.
I've been cooking since I was a kid and fancy myself quite the chef, so I rarely purchase a "practical" cookbook (I already know everything!). But I've fallen in love with the Weelicious IG and all the gorgeous and achievable food Catherine puts together, so I picked this up. And it is so good! Not only were there great tips on how to make your kitchen more user friendly (like having a closet expert, but for your kitchen), but the recipes are just what I've been looking for lately--real food, delicious, and totally manageable for a weeknight dinner. Thanks so much for writing this book, Catherine!

Amazing and well written...a must have recipe book!
This book is amazing! I started following her on IG and learned about this book. I'm not one to run and order these things but the reviews convinced me to give it a shot. I'm on my 7the day of smoothies and I feel amazing. I went from 2 huge cups of ice coffee a day and some diet coke to NO CAFFEINE! I make a smoothie in the morning and add a few of the booster options in and I feel great! One reviewer mentioned that some of the ingredients were hard to find. Most of the smoothies are made of simple ingredients with the option to add in some healthy boosters. While I had never heard of them before this book, I researched a bunch and started with just a few. I was able to find them all at Sprouts, Trader Joe's, and Amazon. There is a lot of helpful information in this book and I can see myself using it a lot! It is an awesome guide to getting healthy and feeling good with lots of tips to making it budget friendly and efficient!

~~Interesting concept but not practical for me~~
I understand the concept of this 28 day Smoothie project and it is most interesting but it is just not practical for me to follow this plan. The layout of the book is user friendly in that it is divided into how to use it, tools of the trade, recipes, what your body needs by age, etc. It also has the cost per smoothie listed which is a positive for me. And, as the author states those that are homemade with leftovers are more reasonable to make. I would have liked to see the calories per smoothie listed. My issue is with obtaining the ingredients to use. I understand that one should stock their pantry with the basics but I am not sure living as far in the boonies as I do, that any local store would carry some of these items. (Not the fault of the author but an observation of mine). Am going to display my ignorance as I have never heard of some of these ingredients including maca, MCT oil, reishi, Shwagandaia, dragon fruit (pitaya) and Goji berries to name just a few. I am guessing that I would be ordering these on line. There is a small problem in the text around the 72% mark (in the Anxiety and Stress section). A portion of some words are omitted which leaves the reader wondering the rest of the word or words. This may be the solution for you and your family to assist in achieving your personal goals and solving health issues. Lots of information in this one for you to make the correct decision. Highly recommended.

I want smoothies all. The. Time! So good!
Soooo if you look at my “order history,” you’ll see that I actually ordered THREE copies of this fantastic cookbook! One for me and one each for my 2 close friends. I’ve been having to limit myself to just one smoothie per day because they are SO. GOOD. A bonus: all the vitamins and boosts and antioxidants that are needed during this pandemic! Before all the craziness happened, I stocked up on bee pollen, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and goji berries. Also: frozen fruits & fresh veg is! I used her recipes to make “green cubes,” which can be used in stead of fresh greens in all the recipes. I just happened to get this all done the first week of March! Now I’ve been enjoying yummy glasses of sunshine and vitamins every morning...and sometimes a glass of “banana split” instead of dessert! Yum-o! Thank you!!

Amazing recipes and easy to make
I almost never write a review of any product. But this is so good I have to. The recipes in this book are just amazing. It is written clearly, I appreciate it is all for 1 serving, and having an index is great. Even ingredients you may be skeptical about - cauliflower? zucchini? - blend with the other ingredients. I had gotten into a smoothie rut and this book has reinvigorated my love of breakfast/smoothies. Some of the reviews say ingredients are hard to find. That wasn't true for me. I went to Sprout's and found everything I needed. I would expect they would be at Whole Foods or a more health oriented grocery store near you. I loved this book so much I gifted it to my sister. Enjoy!

Beautifully written! Creative recipes and the ways to incorporate in daily life!
This is a special book. There is so much more than just recipes. The author went above and beyond in covering the nutritional benefits of the various smoothies. There is a section that lists various conditions and pairs smoothies from the book that will help you. If you make smoothies or are planning I’m making smoothies this is a wealth of information. The photos are beautiful and the nutritional information thoughtfully integrated. I think I will be using this book for years to come.

Smoothie Recipes for all Tastebuds!
This is a very useful book with a variety of smoothies so you are not bored with the same! Divided into different sections according to taste/ benefits. Great for both beginners as well as pros! I enjoyed learning about all the ingredients and their health benefits. Easy to use! Great visuals ans illustrations. So far all the recipes turned out super tasty!

As a super picky eater, I was struggling to get my daily dose of fruits and vegetables, but by educating myself on different ingredients and recipes, I significantly improved my diet and am now regularly consuming things I never imagined like spinach and cauliflower! Delicious recipes and great nutritional information, highly recommend.
