Extremely well made! Fits and looks like it was factory installed!
Truck is a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off Road. With factory grille for this year/model. Awesome product! I am amazed at the quality for the price honestly. I had purchased a different style light and that was a mistake. The square looking housing lights are horrible. I sent those back and got these. So glad I did! I can’t say enough how much better this design is over the others! The housing that clips into the grill fits perfect and snapped in extremely easy. The diamond shape of the outer housing is brilliant as it makes the install look super clean by filling in the gap around the light itself. The led lights themselves are clean looking and very bright. The smoked housing with amber leds has an amazing look off or on. The wiring harness is high quality, all wires appeared weather sealed and secure. Overall the install was super simple and takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. That includes running the harness and tapping into the fuse box. The only issue I had with the install was the Tacoma fuses, lol. The fuse box under the hood is basically useless. They are ground switched circuits so the fuses are always hot. So if you use the add a fuse then the lights will never shut off. The only fuses under the hood that would work were the injector fuses, but no chance I want to mess with those. So I ended up going through the firewall where the wiring harness goes through and using the fuse box under the steering wheel. I pulled the 20a fuse for the washer fluid, added the add a fuse, and reinstalled the 20a in the add a fuse for the washer circuit. The lights use a 15a fuse. Now the lights turn on when the truck is on. You can also use a relay and tap into your running lights or another circuit after the switch, but not at the fuse. But that requires adding more stuff and is a lot of unneeded work. To go through the firewall, I just had to split the harness a little longer so the ground wire reached the spot I had a bolt. Grounding under the hood also meant I only had a tiny hole through the rubber seal in the firewall. This allows the rubber to seal around the hot wire after going through. Again I will say, excellent product all around! I couldn’t be happier. I’ve only had them on the truck for 2 days now, so I can’t comment on long term durability. But I expect they will be fine. One of the best cheap upgrades to enhance the look of the truck. Thank you!

Worth the buy!
Love these lights! They are bright fit right in my new grille and are worth the money. So far so good with the moisture. Very easy to install.

Surprisingly durable
I bought these a couple years ago for my 2010 toyota tacoma raptor grill and due to the cheap listing price I was fully expecting these to crap out withing a month or 2 at most but ive had them now for over 2 year and have run them through heavy storms, floods, mud, sand storms, ice, extreme heat and I have not had a single one even show signs of failure. At the very least in my experience these are a 10/10 and if I needed to replace for whatever reason id definitely buy these again! Side note they where super easy to install with a little help from youtube.

Cheaply Made, Clips Brittle & Break Easily, Requires Modification For Proper Install on 2023 Tacoma
Before Installing in a 2023 Tacoma, READ THIS!! The Install Video is WRONG! A few things owners of 2023 Tacoma's need to know prior to installing these lights: 1. Do NOT follow the video describing how to install these lights. it's wrong. 2. Do NOT throw away the outer clips for the raptor lights as the video says. YOU WILL NEED THEM to install these lights in the grille properly! 3. Note that not all the raptor lights are identical. There are two "outer" lights and two "inner" lights. Look carefully before attempting to install them, and you'll see what I mean. If you try and install an "outer" light nearest to the Toyota emblem, it won't fit. Same is true if trying to install an "inner" light closest to a headlight. Save yourself the aggravation and look first. 4. The connector used for the positive cable to connect both ends is too soft and comes apart easily when attempting to crimp it. If you do so, it'll simply fall apart. Here you have two options: - Slide some shrink tube over one end and push it back. Then, push the connector together and solder it together to make a good, solid connection. Slide the shrink tube over the connection and use a blow dryer on hot to shrink the tube and insulate the connection. - If you don't like soldering the connection, then clip the crappy connectors off both ends, strip the wire back 1/8'th of an inch and use a 14-16ga bullet connector to connect the wires. Crimp solidly together and then wrap in good electrical tape. 5. The install video shows disconnecting the lights from the cable, stating it's easier to install the lights separately, then clipping them back together. WRONG! The cilps themselves are very brittle and break off very easily. After two of mine broke with minimal handling, I decided to run the lights from the passenger side and feed the cable through as I went, all the way to the fuseblock. It took a few more minutes, but I didn't break any more fragile clips. I think it took all of two - three minutes to do it this way, and probably no time difference from unclipping the lights from the cable in the video. 6. The light kit comes with two different fuse block connectors. I was not happy with the connection using the Toyota standard fuse connector. It didn't push in far enough and I was concerned vehicle vibration would cause it to come loose and I'd lose my headlights at the worst possible time. I opted to use the spade fuse connector instead. Better connection, more solid, sat lower in the fuse block too. That also required a mini 10amp spade fuse and a quick trip to the auto parts store for it. As this was my choice, no stars off for this. I wanted the best connection possible and wasn't comfortable using the Toyota standard connector lead the light kit also shipped with. (BTW: Kudos to the light maker for including both types.) 6. Rather than have the fuse block cover crimp the positive lead, I notched the cover where the wire exited the fuse block to avoid that and maintain the integrity of the wire. A small pair of wire snips was all that was needed to accomplish this quick task. 7. Black zip ties are your friend, don't leave the cables loose behind the grill, secure them. 8. Last thing: since I broke two clips because they're so fragile, I ended up using a small dab of super glue to secure the wiring harness assembly to the raptor lights and prevent them from falling out. A simple fix that shouldn't have been needed because of the very brittle clips these lights ship with. And so there's the picture of my 2023 Tacoma TRD OffRoad, which I picked up from the dealer last week and have about 350 miles on, still 'breaking it in.' The lights do look good, they're obviously more aesthetic than anything else. I hope the lights last, though not terribly confident they will due to the build quality and fragility of the clips on the wiring harness. Either way, they were cheap and will be easily replaceable if/when they fail.

I had high hopes for this kit. Install was fairly simple, I siliconed the seams where the Amber cover met the black base to be prevent water ingress. When disconnecting the connectors, a couple clips broke. I contacted the seller asking for assistance and they were incredibly quick in responding, didn’t hesitate to help and within 24hours I was very surprised with their response and kindness. I would purchase from this company again. Lights are super bright, uniform in brightness and color. Quality of the harness is good, instructions are helpful and easy to read and the fit & finish is about 4/5. Love the way the truck looks now and customer service was incredible.

These were an easy install on my 2023 TRD Pro Tacoma. I have the stock grille and had zero issue with fitment. I did take black silicone, taped off the lens and sealed them (took 10 mins) as there were some reviews of moisture issues. I have had these installed for 4 months, been through Alberta winter and thaw, and through plenty of car washes and have had zero issues. If you want the looks as I did, they work great. Maybe time will tell a different story. If you are wanting visible lights from the cab (not my intent) you will not notice a difference.
