Thank you Otto Scharmer for writing this brilliantly constructed "easy read" for the practice of Theory U. I have read the original Theory U twice, and in parts, several times. I consider this concise version a gift and I am profoundly grateful.

This material interests me because I saw a different view of communication and participation in groups. Mr. Scharmer and his colleagues promote an educational system, U-lab 2020 that has students all over the world. The book introduced me to the concepts promoted.

Very well written a good theory presentation. A lot of the author's personal experience can be off putting but this author does a good job of summing up and handing the next step back to the reader.

This is an easy read. It highlights the basics of the Theory U. It gives easily understandable information about how systems (organizations, businesses, etc) are changed.

Wonderful, updated synopsis of the original 2007 Theory U. Scharmer is a model for anticipating creatively a massively challenging future for our planet. Have used his U-model for years in a dynamiting contemplative social process.

I bought this book as a requirement for my doctorate degree; not a difficult read.

I have been curious about Theory U for a while but struggled with understanding while reading about it in previous books. This book allowed me to experience many “aha” moments. I have recommended this book to many of my colleagues. It’s worth the read.

Although academic Otto Scharmer's Theory U is accessible in its simplicity and it's inherent Truth. Theory U is a premise or a set of premises that give us all a solid structure to proactively move towards creating a works that we all want to live in. What makes this accessible is that it all has to start with you. The real impact of this work will be realised when we all start on the inside job first.
