HIC Tea Infuser, Hangin’ Dunkin’ Droid Robot with Drip Tray, Stainless Steel

This little frog tea strainer is so cute. It does it’s job. Only down thing is that it likes to poop open from time to time.

Very easy to load tea into the infuser and the arms accommodate a wide range of cup sizes. I've been using this at work for over a year and finally got a second one for the house. I have a few other diffusers, but this one is by far the best of the bunch for all different sorts of teas (teas with fine leafs as well as teas with dried fruits) and the easiest to clean out.

I have been using this robot tea infuser for awhile now. I was worried it was a bit flimsy, but it has held up, and any clasping issues I have had when closing usually can be corrected by bending the metal "ears" a bit. Really, my only complaint is that it opens in the middle. I usually fill it full (to make a pitcher of tea, not just a cup), and it can be frustrating to close it and not lose any of the tea leaves. But, that is really my only complaint. I am glad I decided to purchase it.

Bummed. Husband has one from a million years ago and works great. So I ordered a robot tea thing. It does not close right so all the tea falls in the water and then my tasty beverage is full of floaters. Fail.

The clasps on the top work great for locking in the tea leaves, and the pincers on the arms that grab the rim of your cup can be pivoted to fit almost any size cup or mug. The tray holds the tea infuser perfectly, so enjoy this as often as you like without fearing drips.I gave this as a gift to a friend who likes robots, and she adored it.

Flimsy but cute

I bought the scuba diver for my sister and she loved it. I thought this one (mountain climber) was also cute and fun. Why not enjoy your tea?

Will serve its purpose for loose tea and is cute to give as a gift. The shiny metal helps sell it.
