The top of my wand isn’t lighting up! I ordered this for my knees to take to Disney on ice and now the top doesn’t even work! Anybody had this problem

I have had mine for about 6 months and it still lights up and spins. The wand you purchased might have been mishandled during shipment or dropped at some point.

recieved a star wars lunch box instead of the wand. How do I contact seller?

Do the lights flash (as to create a blinking effect)?

Yes, kind of light a strobe light going up and down though.

How do you change the batteries? I was not able to open the wand case.

There is a little screw on the handle of the wand that you need to unscrew to replace the batteries.
