I sit for long hours and this lumbar pillow made a noticeable difference. It gives good support to my lower back and helps me keep a better posture without feeling uncomfortable. The material feels nice and firm but not too hard, and it stays in place on my chair with the strap. After using it for a few days, I felt less tension in my lower back. Overall, very comfortable and worth it if you spend a lot of time sitting.

If you, like me, find the modern headrests in cars that are permanently tilted to force your head and neck (and consequently spine) into contorted, unnatural positions that give you horrible back, shoulder, and neck pain after a few hours of driving, to the point where you are scouring Amazon for pillows that may help with your predicament, then you like this pillow. For my body, it keeps my back forward enough so that my spine and head are mostly aligned. Does it sometimes mean my head is not touching the headrest if my posture slips and I hunch forward? Yes. Is that what car safety designers were trying to prevent with this absurd headrest design "feature"? Probably. Would I rather have permanent back pain? No. But be advised I am not giving safety advice so use at your own risk! 😂 Now on to the actual pillow. It is very, very firm. Personally I like that, I don't have to worry about it collapsing on me. It has straps to keep it in place, I think I use only the top one so it's easier to adjust on the fly. I have it sort of half way up my back, mostly supporting my lower back. I don't find it comfortable placed at the bottom of the seat, the cushioning hits in the wrong spot. On me, my tush and neck and shoulders don't actually touch the back of the seat or the cushion (my neck not touching the back of the seat is more the fault of the headrest's perma-tilt than the pillow). Personally I don't mind the feeling, since it gives me the option to arch and stretch my spine, which I found nigh impossible before getting the cushion. But it does feel a little odd at first (but to me feeling odd is better than feeling pain). I also had to adjust the seat back slightly so I wasn't too close to the steering wheel or pedals. But overall it's helped with my driving posture and I usually don't have any back pain (other than some usual stiffness from driving a long time). Before the pillow I felt like I was being forced into driving with horrible posture and the pain could be so bad I'd have trouble sleeping after a longer drive. So for me, well worth it!

I’m at my desk all day and this pillow seriously helped my lower back. It’s firm but comfy and doesn’t go flat. The mesh cover is breathable, so it doesn’t get hot.. The straps keep it in place, and it doesn’t get hot. Simple, but makes a big difference.

I absolutely love this! I use it in my 11th Generation Honda Civic on the driver seat in the “lower back” setup. I have issues with my lower back from military service. So, this has been helping me tremendously when I’m driving or just relaxing in my car. It has a very strong back support for me. It fits snug - tight which is very nice, especially because Civics are a sub-compact cars. I really like the quality and how easy it is to take it apart and clean the cover. The color is fairly nice. I personally don’t have a problem with the coloring. It has a firm memory foam, which for me I absolutely love! I purchased this discounted. So, I think I got a solid value. I’m thinking about getting my wife one for her vehicle, while is still discounted.

This item is effective and practical. It has back straps that will go around a car seat and a regular solid chair. It has just enough cushion to be comfortable and where the lumbar region is, it is not only comfortable but does what it's supposed to do and that is to relieve the pressure on that area of the back.

I thought I was buying the Niceeday lumbar pillow, which is what my co-worker has. I am not impressed by the qutool pillow compared to the niceeday. There is not enough support for my lower back in my office chair. I am disappointed with this purchase and it indicated on the package that it could not be returned once opened.

Wow! Super comfy and supportive! I like the fact that it can be used as a lower or upper back support. It arrived quickly and seems to be made pretty well. It's excellent for my executive chair in my home office. Winner!

Pillow is firm, good back support - for people using as back support for an office chair (sitting behind a desk) this should work well and position you in a more forward position that eases strain on the back, shoulders, and neck. However the thickness of the foam was too much for my mom, who needs a pillow to support her back while she is in a reclining chair, the pillow is too thick - she is unable to rest her head on the back of the chair using this pillow because it pushes her body so far forward. Will look for a a slimmer profile version.

Lo compre en 2023 para el asiento del auto que a mi esposo le encantó, pero cuyo asiento me resultaba muy incómodo. Suelo necesitar soporte lumbar en casi cualquier asiento, así que este cojín además me ha sido de gran utilidad en la silla del escritorio. Mi marido lo probó en su sillón para ver la TV, ¡y ahora quiere el suyo! En estos 2 años el cojín sigue sin deformarse y las correas también están igual porque como traslado el cojín del carro a la casa y viceversa han estado sin estirarse y nunca intenté usarlas para sujertar a la silla. Si fuera un poco más pequeño o se pudiera compactar,me lo llevaría para los asientos del autobús o avión a la hora de viajar.

Definitely noticing as I get older how my crappy posture is affecting my lower back... Each day I use this pillow when sitting it feels like my back is getting a little bit better, and I find it to be super comfortable. It's very supportive and follows the natural curvature of my back. For reference I am 6'2" and about 200 lbs and I have no issues with this. Definitely recommend if your posture sucks or you have a chair that is not ergonomic. It's way cheaper than buying a whole new chair!

It was too soft to give any support for the back, lumbar region. And the product did not come with any instructions or write up about it at all !!!
