Do not purchase
This item isn’t at all what the picture depicts and would not save someone when needed. The area around the mouthpiece is a hard plastic - unlike others where is more like glad wrap. You would have to hold this one in place the whole time. This product needs to be redesigned.

bought as required for a scouts first aid kit. It does match the picture but somehow thought it would be more substantial. Hope we don't need to use it but is in the kit if needed. Would try something else next time, as seems it would be a challenge to use due to the flimsy nature. however it was inexpensive, so got what I paid for I think.
