Works the better than N95 in a clinical / hospital setting
I actually got a hold of 3M representative and ask if these will work better if not the same as an N95 mask replacement in a hospital setting. They said "These models in combination with a P95 (e.g., 2071, 2078) or P100 (e.g., 2091, 2097, 2291, 2297, 7093) rated particle filter may be used. Combination cartridge filters with P100 (e.g., 60921, 60922, 60926, 60928) are also options. All would meet or exceed the N95, assuming adequate face fit." This will work in a hospital environment especially COVID-19 but only with a good seal and the right cartridge, if you notice not all of them are the same. My wife work in a COVID hospital uses her 3M full face mask respirator in conjunction with this filter. I hope this review and information helped you just as it did for us. Stay safe!
