Would this be good for a yong heng 4500 psi compressor ?

It's mineral oil based but it's got some petroleum additives which are bad/toxic to breath if you doing scuba filling. I would use it for gun air stuff-I use mineral based oil for all my air gun, tool, compressor stuff. I would use this for gun compressors but my gun compressor is that oil free box compressor.

Is it full syenthetic?

I love this stuff!!! It's ice for my compressors. I do a few fills and drains to get a nice clean crankcase fill up. It looks, feels, behaves, smells like natural mineral oil with synthetic stuff. Mobil says it mineral oil based.

It's 30 and it says it somewhere-it also pours like 30+.
