When you have two user, how does the scale know which user to sync the data to?

Thank you for your question. The user information is held in the APP, so in order for the information to properly sync with the correct user profile, you must select your user on the phone when stepping on the scale.

Can you run this app on windows 10 ? that is where i run my fitbit app

Thank you for your question. Currently, our app comes in both iOS and Android. We do not have a windows version.
Please note that in the case that you have either an iphone or android phone our app would sync automatically with your fitbit.

What is the difference between this eros model and inevifit smart body fat scale? or are they the same?

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your question. The Eros version has 13 key body composition metrics vs 8 and each one uses a different app.The Eros scale is about .8 of an inch bigger in both length and width.
The Eros Scale uses the Eros Scale APP and the INEVIFIT uses the INEVIFIT APP. Performance-wise, they are both comparable if you are only looking to get your body composition and have it sync to the app, so it will depend on which one you like better from a design perspective.

How does it tell how much body fat % and water you have ?

Thank you for your question. Each of our body analyzer scale and smart scale uses your profile (age, weight, height, gender, activity level and bio-electrical impedance analysis) to estimate your body composition levels. These are calculated through each scale's proprietary algorithm which utilizes a large data set of scans as the source of the calculation. Please note that the body composition analysis result is a standard measurement that is given by many of our scales which utilize Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology.
