Pensavo che queste strisce bagnate attorno alla torta garantissero la giusta distribuzione del calore e una fonte di umidità durante la cottura, invece non ho notato differenze anzi sembra che frenino addirittura la lievitazione... Alla fine le ho acquistate e le tengo a occupare spazio in dispensa
