Himalayan Shilajit by Pure Himalyan Shilajit, Grade A Himalayan Soft Resin (15ml), Energy & Immune Support, Natural Source of Fulvic Acid & 85+ Trace Minerals Supplement for Men & Women

I have ordered shilajit from Pure Himalayan multiple times. I love the hard taffy like product, awesome supplement, at least for me. I changed it up a bit and got the soft resin, and received just today. Awesome! Cool little glass container too, which I'll keep, when finished as love their logo emblem. Shilajit, for me, took almost two weeks before I started feeling results. So for those of you not impressed with this supplement, give it a chance and let your body work with it. I'm just 5'10", 160lb lean, mean, exercise freak, 65yo male with high metabolism. I normally dose Shilajit 15 minutes after wake up. Just plain by itself. Do some stretching routines then my beverages, and light breakfast. I love my triple expresso, once a day, but will skip the caffeine many days while dosing Shilajet. Also when I first ordered from Pure Himalayan, I had some ordering questions etc. They were sooo helpful, even LIVE, on the phone. They honored a bonus amount which was promised back a year ago. I hope they continue to source this wonderful product. I know it sounds a bit over the top, as sourced at 16,000 feet in-between the layers of the Himalayan mountains on and on. Love telling this to my friends. Oh and the taste is definitely weird but I've grown to enjoy. I hope their tales are true, either way this supp works for me...

I decided to try this and was skeptical at first. I did research to find a good product that third party lab tested, good reviews, and based in the US. During the first week I didn’t feel any difference, with the exception of a detox type result. After a couple weeks taking this first step thing in the morning I can start to feel the results. I am significantly less stress and anxious and more focused and energized. My workouts seems to have better results and feeling good, probably due to testosterone levels increased. I am happy and I hope the positive results continue without any negative side effects.

I took about half the recommended dose just to try it out and I am sure glad I did. About an hour after taking it I started to experience heart palpitations like I have never experienced in my life. It literally felt like my heart was stopping and then beating extra beats and then skipping beats, and then the cycle would repeat. Needless to say I was freaking out about it and after 6 hours I went to the ER. Turns out I was having packs of premature atrial contractions (PACs), in combination with packs of premature ventricular contractions (PVCs). My heart rate upon entering the ER was 140bpm and blood pressure was 190/102. I will say I don't think the high heart rate and BP was due to the supplement as I was very anxious and most likely it was the situation with my heart that caused the high BP and heart rate. In any case, I am a 57 year old male in perfect health. Never smoked, don't drink, exercise daily, and very fit and thank God I was because the docs at the ER said if I would have had heart disease it could have caused a heart attack due to the elevated heart rate and BP even though that was an indirect cause of the supplement, it still occurred. Turns out in my case the PACs and PVCs were not dangerous because I have a very healthy heart and very fit. The conclusion was it overstimulated and irritated my vagus nerve to the point it was sending mixed signals to my heart regarding heart beat. The vagus nerve is responsible for controlling heart rhythm and when something gets off, look out. Some people are prone to this after eating certain foods and I must admit I am one of those people. So, is the product bad for all? Most likely not! However, in my case it was and if anyone has gut issues or is prone to PVCs after eating a meal or certain foods, then stay clear of this supplement! Hope this helps!

The benefits are great and it dissolved very easily however the taste is not great at all.

Absolutely love this shilajit! I can feel it’s effects shortly after taking it, and has the perfect consistency to work with. Some shilajits I’ve had in the past are too thick or too runny to easily dose, but this shilajit has the perfect consistence. It gives me energy and clarify, and overall improves my mood. I’m not sure if my improved mood is a direct benefit of shilajit but I can’t complain with the results. Keep in mind, it does have a powerful earthy/bitter taste that is not for everyone. I’ve gotten used to it, but for beginners, I’d recommend mixing it into your morning coffee. The heat makes it easier to get the product off your spoon and the strong taste of the coffee usually significantly mellows out the shilajit taste. For those who don’t like coffee, a thick sweet juice like Mango Juice works great too!

Abgesehen davon, dass ich mich allgemein damit wohl fühle, werde ich spitz wie eine Tanne davon! Der Geschmack ist natürlich furchtbar und ich lasse es auch mehrere Minuten unter der Zunge beziehungsweise im Mund. So soll die Aufnahme am effektivsten sein. Werde es wieder bestellen und bin gespannt, wie es auf viele Wochen beziehungsweise Monate wirkt. Bisher nehme ich es etwa zwei Wochen, aber etwas zu unregelmäßig. Gutes Produkt !
