I've been dealing with golfer's elbow, and this wrap has been a lifesaver after long days on the course. It stays in place, provides great compression, and the cold therapy lasts long enough to help reduce pain and soreness. It's comfortable, easy to use, and has become part of my recovery routine. This is the 2nd TheraICE product I have purchased (the 1st was for my shoulder). These are outstanding icing products. They're flexible and comfortable. They stay ice cold for 20 minutes or so (which is the maximum time you should be leaving ice on an area). They freeze quickly. I store in the bag they came in (recommended). Excellent purchase and I highly recommend. Also, shipping was speedy.

These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

This wrap has worked really well for my tennis elbow and provides good compression while keeping the ice pack securely in place. I usually wear it over a thin long-sleeve shirt, which makes it more comfortable during longer icing sessions. My only complaint is that after about three months of regular use, the fabric has started to loosen and show some wear. It still functions well and stays in place on my elbow, but I do question how long it will hold up over time. Overall, though, the product itself has been very effective and helpful for pain relief.

I had a severe case of tennis elbow. This sleeve was amazingly helpful. Used it 4 times a day. Stays cold for 15-20 minutes which is perfect. It’s cushiony, stretches and fits the elbow well. Highly recommend.

VERY BENEFICIAL. I wish it stayed cold longer. I will probably get another sleeve for a longer treatment. I definitely recommend the ice wrap.

Purchased for my baseball player son with elbow pain and tendonitis. Works great. Chose the S/M though he is a Medium to Large size in Men’s tops, and the S/M size is perfect. Bigger would be too loose. He uses it over a compression arm sleeve. We bought two and rotate them or he can use back to back each for 10 min for more icing. He has a 14.5 inch bicep for sizing. So far great durability. We use both parts of the packaging in the freezer to protect it.

I have tendinitis in both elbows. So I bought 2 of these. They stay cool for about a half hr. It would be nice to have it last longer. I keep mine in the freezer and make sure I wear a sleeve before putting it on. Otherwise it's too cold for me. It does help with the pain and it's very soft and flexible. I bought the s/m i believe. Since I have skinny arms. When I wear it I can't do any other activities because it won't stay in place. It would be nice for an Xtra small size. It would be nice to use it when i do activities. But it works for now.
