This product is expensive but for those that suffer dry nares, it is perfect with the glycerin It is gentle and causes no issues as I have used it for years One problem with use, they don't last long Once in a while the company will have a savings promo that helpful with cost I think the glycerin is helpful for moisture

Need to use at high altitude
Skiing at 10,000 feet in Breckenridge, CO dries out nasal passages quickly so have used this and the gel for years. Many people who come to higher ground get nose bleeds because they fail to recognize the condition of the nasal mucous membranes. They need to stay moist! I also use it at sea level after hot yoga practice for the same reason—to put moisture back in the nasal passageways. A great product that gets little attention.

It works okay, but for the price you can get something at your local drug store just as good and does burn a little.

Worth the cost
This is better than just straight saline solution for the nose. The glycerin adds a bit more moisture. Worth the extra money from the plain stuff.
