Excellent fit. Yes, it is a bit tight, but it should be to keep moisture and debris out and to keep the plug in. Perfect storage for a battery and other bits. Yes, I would recommend for the A2 grip as stated. May or may not fit others. Black color blends nicely with the grip.

Good material, arrived on time, and it works. However I do have one small complaint. Good luck getting this to fit flush without using a rubber mallet. The front goes in tight, but the back in is too tight so it sticks out just a tiny bit because it's so fard to inseart barehanded. A few taps with a rubber mallet and it's in there perfectly. Will suck if you have to do it again out in the field because you'll need a branch to wack it in. Still I think it's a good product as I would rather have it very very tight, than easily falling out.

Awhile back I built an M4 style rifle and this made it on to the gun. I also gave the other one to a friend. He also love it.. the plug is designed to fit A2 grips, and it does that well. It has a slot to put a 2032 large watch battery (fits various scopes and red dot sights) and also has a hole to insert an Allen wrench. That can be extremely useful for adjusting flashlights and other weapon mounted accessories.. Fits snug and tight and looks great. Multi function and keeps dust and dirt out of the grip area.

These are definitely decent quality, I have a standard A2 grip and it doesn’t want to seat fully. Color matches the grip. It was fairly easy to get it in, however like I said it didn’t seat fully (which could be opr error). Decent pick up!

It is possible to stuff these into Magpul moe K grips, it’s difficult but worth it to hold a coin battery and a little oiler. Once installed they look like they were made for them.
