Why does Fakespot give you an F?

I'm happy with my Coolers. I've had them for a year and while I don't use them daily, they are fine when I need them. I don't even know what Fakespot is.

Are these filled with water or gel?

Water I believe because when it isnt frozen it moves around and I don't believe if it was gel it would move around like that when unfrozen.

I bought these and they have now been in the freezer about 4 days and are still liquid and not frozen. Are they supposed to freeze hard?

I have noticed myself if I keep these ice packs in the door of my freezer (where items don’t freeze as fast—not as cold) they are still liquid after a day, but they should freeze hard after a day or so.

Can you put these into hot liquids like soup to cool it down?

No. I'm sure that would be toxic.
