Threads got loosen
Amazing product, but there was one issue—the threads were coming out. I watched a tutorial on YouTube and fixed it by tying the knots. Otherwise, it’s a well-tuned, amazing flute.❤️❤️❤️threads gets loosen that's the only problem 🙂

Got manufacturing defect but well tuned.....
Ordered the C scale flute and got C# scale with 49 cm, which is a manufacturing defect. I was thinking to return the product but played all notes of octave and it seems it is well tuned in C# but engraving is C which is a negative thing, since I'm a new learner it doesn't bother me whether I'm playing C or C# if it is well tuned it is all right......But I've played properly and checked using g-string tuner all other sur seems to be well tuned. And I think 3 star is justified cause received manufacturing defect but well tuned.

Not the right size, but gorgeous instrument
The flute was beautifully made, customer service excellent. Lovely sound. Sadly, it was too long for my fingers to reach one of the holes. I could still get a sense that it sounds lovely though. The price for quality is on point and I'd order another more appropriately sized, from the same seller.
