is a great quality D3- when first started taking it could feel the boost in my
D3 helped me a lot - I prefer to add MK7 separately to assure calcium goes to my bones - these plus D3 help us now get calcium going to our bones instead of setting up in soft plaque and dangerous for our arteries- this plus mk7 takes calcium to our bones supposedly

Great supplement
Only D vitamin I’ll buy. Ive always been deficient but once I started taking these, my bloodwork comes back in the normal range. I’ve gotten lazy and stopped taking them and I notice a huge difference and then I get my bloodwork done and it shows I’m deficient. To bring me back up to the normal range, and in the winter months, I take three of these then back off to 2 in spring through fall. I’m now fairly consistent taking them daily.

Loving this vitamin D
Great vitamin D, I just had my labs done and my vitamin D levels were good! I was surprised because the pill is so small I thought I wasn’t getting enough vitamin D, I take two supplements of vitamin D daily.

Great D3 product. 3rd time repeat buying and got just one bottle.
This D3 is very easy for me to digest and get into my system. Much better than the oil based D3 I've tried. However, this is the third time I've bought the "2 pack" but first time they shorted me one bottle. The Amazon sticker over the UPC label on the one 250 count bottle I did receive says "2 pack 500 count" too. So, someone made an error. A call to Amazon customer service got me a refund for their mistake.

Highly recommended for Duodenal Switch patients
I had a Duodenal Switch procedure 15 years ago. I had consistently run a vitamin D deficiency until trying this product. It has way more vitamin D then the product my physician had recommended, it's absorbed very well and it's a tiny capsule. Because of this, I was able to lower my calcium/vitamin D combo to 3 times daily instead of 4. Vitamin D and Calcium levels have been consistently excellent. Lastly, the price cannot be beaten if you buy these in bulk. Overall I'm very happy with all of Bio-Tech's dry vitamins (I take their A, E, and K, too) and I recommend them without reservation.
