Amazing ingredients and an amazing taste!
Love the ingredients in here! The lions mane I’ve taken on the side before, and it really helps cognitively with attention and attention to detail. It really sharpens your focus and enriches your mind and body. The Ashwagandha as well Ginkgo Bologna are also great for the body and can help relieve stress and make you feel more calm while providing energy. This herbal tea blend is definitely a hidden gem, and even though it’s very healthy it doesn’t sacrifice taste at all! Very easy to make as well and simple instructions. Love this!

Wow! I'm amazed.
This mushroom tea has a slight sweetness and tastes pretty good. Not like dirt, as I thought it would. The effect, I noticed quite a bit of focus, and being able to hold my attention more than the normal scatter thoughts, easily distracted. I rested well and slept through the night waking refreshed the next morning.

Great flavor great quality
I love that it tastes like oranges! It smells amazing! But the best part is the steady flow of energy it gives me throughout the day. I tend to get jittery with herbs but this blend fits my sensitivity and helps me remain balanced.

Calm energy not an oxymoron with shroom tea!
I'm kind of obsessed with mushrooms. Discovering baskets of unique mushrooms at the farmers market to cook with. Functional mushrooms in mixtures and elixirs. Upgrading my coffee with powerful mushrooms that promote wellbeing. When I die, bury me with 'em. This is, however, somehow my first time trying an herbal tea blend like this! Lion's mane and cordyceps are the first ingredients, yet the blend doesn't taste like drinking mushroom soup. I expected earthy, but it's really pleasant. The peppermint really comes through in scent and flavor. All of the healthful ingredients merge seamlessly. The result for me was a calm energy. Feeling awake and activated—without the jitters from spending too much time at my office's Keurig! Shoutout to the fun branding too, and the company's efforts to be informative on their blog. I dig the cute name (Shroomzup), bright colors, cartoony icons, and quirky animals. The only thing that's lacking for me is the missing transparency around quality (Four Sigmatic has a whole page devoted to quality and publishes test results) and origin of the cordyceps (are they vegan?). Despite that, would I try their other products? Count me in!

Made me sleepy
I was hoping this tea would wake me up but it actually had the opposite effect for me. It has a very herbal taste which is fine but I will use it before bed from now on.

Troublesome ingredient I didn’t expect
First, it’s partially my fault for not knowing what salvia is- I thought it was Sage. I admit that. Sage is a salvia, not the other way around. I bought this for my son who is in the military. He was looking for some herbal ways to work on focus and calming while he is completing intense training. I shipped it to him. Hisinstructor was really mad and threw it away. Salvia is on banned list, not regulated, and, according to what I’ve now read, not legal. (That last part may be military only- it’s unclear to me.) Buyer beware. I thought I was doing something good and instead mailed contraband to a military base. I’m just not that kind of person. Also, I can’t return this and the other two recommended products with it ($41) because they went in the garbage. While I take partial responsibility, I don’t think it is clearly marked that this product contains an ingredient known to cause hallucination. Big fail.
