I don't leave reviews. But after this robot toppled down my massive staircase AGAIN I feel like I should. This vac does not work on carpeting of any kind, low pile or not. It does not even have a brush system on the bottom, simply a hole for dirt and dust to go in. The 2 bristles on the sides? Destroyed after FOUR uses. With only one backup set in the box. My entire house is hardwood except for 2 large thin low pile rugs which this thing doesn't even clean. And the intelligent "sensors" that prevent it from hitting walls is BS. It literally runs full speed into walls and then stumbles for a second once the bumper is hit, moves an inch to the side and runs into the wall again. Look at the pictures of paint scraping off, that was before the stair carnage. 1st time I used it the damn thing stayed under my kitchen table for 20+ minutes despite me pulling all the chairs out. The manual makes no sense and is written in gibberish. The dust bin is literally TOO BIG for it's suction power. After 2 90 minute runs only then is the dust bin over half full and it seems to only really pick up hair. I want a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  We absolutely love our Pureatic ! While it doesn’t replace regular sweeping, it does an amazing job with in-between jobs. Easy to use, setup is a breeze,the App is user friendly, and does an excellent job! We have a big dog, it shed a lot, and Pureatic sweeps up the hair without issue. No complaints or sometimes more than once, and it never disappoints! Super pleased with our purchase! I am very pleased with my purchase product.It is quiet and extremely proficient. Love my vacuum!!!! Best purchase on here Perfect!!!

The media could not be loaded.  It is a really smart vacuum robot. After a few times using, it learned where to turn and stop without hitting the wall or furnitures. It’s suction power is as good as my handle vacuum. The app is very easy to use. It saved me so much time to clean my floor. Strong recommend it to a busy mom as I am. Lastly, the price is very friendly!

I have a "fat" cat, this robot vacuum cleaner has powerful suction picks up pet hair, crumbs, and an array of dirt. It pulls grime from deep inside thin carpets, and easily lifts it off wood floors for a spotless finish. love that it also has a maintenance area on the app because it's fool proof on maintaining that great working relationship. I also love that is has the features of most of the high end machines such as mapping and dual remote. It also has spot cleaning that you can run manually by using the remote on the app and controlling the directions with the physical remote.

First, the good news: the vacuum does an excellent job for 2 hours of running time. It manages to get around the furniture and quietly and efficiently cover our large rooms without getting stuck. It also nearly always finds its way back to the charger. So, for performance once "launched" -- I give it five stars.Second, and unfortunately, it will only connect to the older 2.4 GHz (not 5.0 GHz) wifi. Our entire house is 5.0 GHz, and so that means I can't connect to use the more advanced features of the vacuum. The description should make that clear -- as I paid more for the wifi and programmability of the device. If the description had stated "only old 2.4 GHz wifi," I would not have purchased it.[Note, I also perused the many comments, and at the time of my purchase, none had indicated only old wifi. If you have the older 2.4 GHz in your house, then this product gets 3 stars and possibly more if you can actually connect and make it.]Third, the instructions are inadequate. They include images of the wrong remote controller (which is all I am left to use now that the wifi won't work). I finally figured the remote out by trial and error, and it works quite well on its own, minus the programmability.Fourth, the written instructions have a QR bar code to scan to download an "app" to control the vacuum. When I scanned the code to download the app (before I realized it was futile given my 5.0 GHz wifi), a bunch of spam apps/adverts came with it, and my phone's malware and anti-virus scanner went into overload -- identifying the app as a virus. I immediately uninstalled it.In short, I have a great vacuum that I manually place in each room and hit the "Auto" button on the remote because none of the advanced app/programmable features are usable unless you have old wifi and are willing to install an unsecured app. What a shame -- an excellent product that lacks a proper interface and has a less than informative description. If I hadn't thrown the original boxes away, I would return it and spend the extra money on a better product or less money on a similar product without the advanced "programming/wifi" features.

I had always been hesitant about getting one of these vacuum cleaners, plus the price was a bit high in my mind, so I passed the opportunity several time.A few weeks ago I went to a girlfriend house and she had one and was very happy.So she finally convinced me to get one.I do like to keep my floors clean so I sweep often as I have porcelain floors and engineered wood in my rooms, good after using this robot for a few times I noticed that even though I swept often there is always dust and cat hairs.I programmed it to run when I'm at work but I do check it out with my cameras as it's so cool as it goes out and does its job and then comes back to recharge.this ended up being one of those gadgets that I wish I had purchased long ago. I definitely recommend it it works well doesn't take much space and keeps the house nice and neat.

no barrerá a la perfección, peeero si te ayuda bastante que mientras tu estás haciendo otra cosa o estás fuera de casa, ésta cosa barre y lo hace bastante bien, mi piso es de cerámica, es blanco asi que me doy cuenta de la basura fácilmente y la verdad me sorprende lo bien que barre. Eso sí, no la veo barrer porque me desespera que no barre bien en la primera pasada pero si la dejas haciendo su trabajo unos 90 minutos de tanto pasar por el mismo lugar terminan barriendo el 98% del espacio, rodea muy bien las patas de los muebles y aspira bastante bien para su tamaño, Si la recomiendo, es una pena que se haya agotado

Una de las mejores compras que he hecho. Si bien algunas veces hay que barrer y por supuesto trapear. Mi piso está más limpio y brillante que nunca. Ojo, no funciona con cosas muy grande ay se atora con algunos tapetes.

El producto llegó usado, mal empacado y sucio!!!!Las ruedas del aparato sucias, los cables y accesorios sueltos. En cuánto la abri y la vi sucia y usada la empaqué y la regresé. pésima experiencia.
