This cold air intake is the exact same as a K&n at a fraction of the cost. Yes, I know I put the wrong logo on. It's a troll. The only difference in quality would be the filter by K&n which you can pick up cheap. To me, it's the same filter. This is such a great deal for the money. My truck is so responsive now. I press the throttle and the response is instant. No more hesitation. Not sure if I gained horsepower, or torque. Don't really care. My gas mileage went up, that's all I care about. Btw, took all of 10 minutes to install.

One default worth mentioning: The instructions are pretty bare-bones—a single-page printout with limited diagrams. If you’re not familiar with intake setups, you might want to watch a video or two before diving in. Better documentation would take the install from "DIY-friendly" to "DIY-awesome." Overall, this kit is an excellent entry-level mod for any GMC or Chevy truck owner wanting a more responsive ride and a touch of engine whistle.

The quality of construction and value is great. The fit is not perfect and requires some good mechanic skill. The instructions are lacking. Several OEM parts must be reused but the instructions does not tell you how to make them fit. I like the Chevy orange boots for my Silverado to match the new orange plug wires. I have an overall butter engine performance, plus chrome.

I absolutely love the new up to date air filter . It gives my truck a pleasant look when I pop the hood up. I will mention, this wasn't an easy install. It took me fairly an hour, doing it alone. After following the instructions provided on a YT video that I looked up, I was able to get it installed nice and snug and it gives my truck a little bit more umph and a nice sound as well. I definitely recommend this product. Not to mention, it's cheaper than many of the retail store's prices.

I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. Only complaint is the fitment. The lower bracket that bolts to the shield at the filter end was either a little short or welded to far up the tube for the 2003 Avalanche. I had a tube nut from a pair of bicycle brakes that was the correct thread to extend and make it work. The reason I stuck with 5 stars is that the price makes up for the minor issue with mounting. Overall, I'd recommend this intake.

The fitment was close, didn't have to trim or anything, just had to bend the lower mount a little bit, bracket to hold radiator hos was off a bit but who uses all those mounts anyhow???!!! Lol jk I'll find a way to get it attached so the hose doesn't wiggle. Great product and cheap too!

I bought this part for my 2001chevy suburban it was very easy to install and when I turned on after installing it it sounded better than I went to test drive and it had a lot more torque and power. thanks 👍

It works as intended! Fitment wasn’t 100% perfect. But with a little tweaking it went in just fine. Honestly think if the filter was a tad shorter install would be way easier , as the filter is a little over kill lol!

It fits ish and the filter’s huge. The bottom bracket for the tube that connects to the box doesn’t work at all. The rubber hoses and clamps are pretty cheapy. And honestly the box and seals don’t fit proper without drilling/cutting but for $95 cad I’m still not complaining… it sounds cool and seems like it picked up power
