I use Fitness Pal to track my food, macros and micros, and this was the one that made me hit my daily fiber goal. Taste isn't bad, tastes like a pill. Serving size is 4, but they're small and easy to digest. Seem to work well and...solidifies.everything

Helps your body to” get moving”… read directions.
These really help keep things moving. Read directions and start slow, is my recommendation. I take 1-2 a day. If needed I increase by 1. I’ve not needed more, as yet. Be sure and read directions!

I've used for 2 years to help keep me regular while using a glp1. I do take 4-5 pills half hour before meals twice a day . Absolute value for the money
