We wanted to be done with hard water and tired of buying single-use bottled water every single week, so we invested in this whole-house water softener and reverse osmosis system bundle. We are super happy with our purchase! The water taste far surpasses bottled water—it is incredibly crisp, clean, and refreshing. Plus, no more single-use plastic bottles or heavy jugs to lug home! While plumbing in a comprehensive system like this requires careful planning, the installation was straightforward, with well-made fittings that resulted in zero leakage or drips once fully pressurized. I originally tried to hire a local home services company to install the system. However, the quote was $1100 and the installer told me that because the resin tank was laying on its side, it was no longer useable because of chemical mixing. His advice was to buy his system for three times the price! I initiated a return, but after tech support assured me that chemical mixing was BS, I decided to keep the system and try to install it myself. Luckily, 90% of the plumbing was already done because I was replacing an old broken water softener. The instruction manuals were so well-written and comprehensive that although I'm no plumber, I was confident I could do it. I went to Lowes, got some pipe adapters to match the supplied connectors and the best flexible hoses they had. Also, I cut off the existing IN and OUT connectors and replaced them with sharkbite pipe fittings with the proper hose connections. No soldering required! The adapters and hoses cost me another $100. I installed the water softener carefully following instructions (see pictures). I then took on the reverse osmosis system for my kitchen sink. I was again lucky because I did not have to try to drill through my ceramic sink. I placed the filter faucet right next to my main faucet (see pictures). This installation took about a half-hour and it was a breeze. After performing the initilization procedures, the system is working great. You can taste the difference in the drinking water, and the regular water feels completely different. My house has three full bathrooms and so far so good. This system saved me $1100 in install costs and I highly recommended it especially for those who are somewhat DIY competent.

Excellent water softener. We haven't hooked up the reverse osmosis yet, but I am in love with the water softener. My father and husband hooked it up together and it took them all day to get it going completely correct. We did have a leaking issue at first, but my dad said that he had something not tight enough. It has been going for 3 weeks now, and no leaks. Perfect water. We have well water, and it is the rustiest water I've ever seen. I will attach pictures of the rust. Just know that our water is as clear as any City water now. It tastes good too. We are not drinking it because we live next to fields that are often treated with pesticides, but it does taste good. I do wish that there was an easier way to find out what filter we need.

Directions are not the best. For the reverse osmosis water line be sure to soften it in very hot water to make it pliable to connect to the faucet. The system works amazingly well! Customer service is also top notch.

It was a game changer. We had to adapt to the new feeling of a real treated water on the first days, but no regret! We checked the water before and after the installation and the hardness has decreased A LOT! The other minerals that we have in our hard water were gone. The RO system now allows us to drink real good water. No taste, no smell, no h exes saru minerals in the drinking water. It’s super easy to install and doesn’t require a lot of changes in the plumbing. Just make sure you have enough room for the water tank, it’s big.

Installed 2 years ago and working great. Install was easy enough for a homeowner to do on their own. Seems to be good quality.

I bought this softner 2 years ago to replace my 30 yr old one. Nothing was wrong just upgraded so i thought after 1 1/2 years it stopped using salt and you can see from the pic what happened. I have spent over 6 months trying to get the company to help me and basically got the run around. Try this or try that. It shouldn’t be that hard to figure why its not using salt its not rocket science. Finally totally frustrated i went out with that ine and replaced it with a different company. Wasted 600.00 dealing with them. Buyer be ware.

2nd time I've ordered this product. Moved to bigger house. Same great tasting water, no residue on dishes. Im pleased with this company. Delivered within one week!
