Rohde Men's 1550 Slippers

These slippers are of excellent quality. The materials used and the manufacturing are very good indeed, far better than many, more expensive, pairs of slippers I have bought in the past. I normally wear a UK size 8 1/2 in a Crockett and Jones Tetbury boot, for these slippers, the Euro size 43 has proven to be right for me. I would suggest considering purchasing in a size larger than you would ordinarily choose, since the fit is snug, even after 'breaking in'. If you have a high instep, going up a size will make the slipper even more comfortable. The upper is of a waxy leather, quite glossy with a very slightly grained finish. Stitching and workmanship is of a very good quality. The sole is about half an inch thick, rising to about an inch and a half at the heel, very flexible and supportive, giving good traction on tiled or parquet floors. There is sufficient 'bounce' in the sole to make walking very comfortable. The slippers are more than capable of being used outside on damp grass. It isn't often one can recommend a product without reservation, but in this instance, I feel justified in so doing. Excellent slippers at a very competitive price.

Not as comfortable as my old Rohde slippers but after a few weeks they have been feeling much more comfortable. They are narrower than my old ones which I had for at least 25 years and used even when doing DIY. I had to go up a size for the New ones to fit but I am happy with them. 6 months later and the half insoles (leather bit) have become detached - certainly not as good quality as my 25 year old ones! Compare new ones versus old ones which though beginning to fall apart the insoles are still firmly in place!

Just purchased my 2nd pair. Comfortable and hard wearing, it took me 3years of heavy wear to wear done pair No 1, the soles are getting thin but still a bit more left in them.

These slippers were a gift for my husband. I have bought them before and we found them hard wearing, smart, comfortable and excellent value for money.

This is a very high quality product. Unfortunately the size I ordered (conversion from Canadian to European) is too small, so I had to return it (authorization to return was instantaneous). I will be ordering a larger size, and hope to be happy with that one.

Goede pantoffels

This is a great pair of very soft leather slip-on shoes. The soles are good for outdoor as well as indoor use and the leather is exceptionally comfortable. We bought the 46M and they fit my husband's size 12-medium foot perfectly. He wears size 12 in brands like Cole Haan and Rockport. Also, they arrived very quickly, at the earlier estimated date, despite international shipping. Good looking shoe that is not quite a slipper and not quite a loafer but a good substitute for either. He wears them constantly, says they have good support and keep his feet cool. Also, these are very European in overall style; the kind of thing we saw men wearing in Germany and Holland.

La qualité est top pour le prix mais c'est un peu serré en taille. Sinon rien à reprocher. Je recommande sans hésiter.
