We tried multiple types of Magnesium for my husbands low magnesium and pain levels. This combination is the only one that seems to help him with increasing his Magnesium levels. When I use it on occasion it helps with a good nights sleep and relaxing my muscles after they tighten up from working in the garden or from a Fibromyalgia flare. It does have a flip open cap so store away from kids. Capsules inside cap to show size and color. We have this particular supplement on a subscription as he uses it daily to help with his back pain and other aches and pains and cramping.

Bought for my son he needed to bring his potassium and his magnesium level up. It has done really well. Seems to have helped him a lot. They have great products.

This formula has been around for 60 years. The research shows it is better then we thought for heart health. The 2 part capsule makes easier to absorb.

Due to taking too much apple cider vinegar in water (mine is distilled), daily, apparently my potassium reached dangerously low levels. Probably my own error, because I wasn't eating immediately after drinking it to improve my digestion. After a veggie juice cleanse, I felt a bit dizzy and weak, and my heart began rapidly beating in asynchronous rhythm. A full emergency room evaluation uncovered a low potassium value in my blood. While the followup physical including treadmill, ultrasound, etc. the whole works which showed my heart was perfectly normal, doctors wanted to prescribe multiple dangerous afib drugs and blood pressure drugs (even though mine is normal/low, but it was needed to go with the afib) and then gee, let's add Lipitor just because heart disease is in your family (never mind how they ate versus I eat nor what precipitated this sudden out of normal behavior for my heart) , I decided to deal with the obvious factor -- the low potassium. Within days of taking one capsule upon waking and one capsule half hour before I go to bed, the atrial fibrillation reduced by half. Eventually over the weeks, it didn't happen at all, unless I drank caffeinated drinks or alcohol. After 2 months, I have no atrial fibrillation at all. I will continue to take this, because as I've learned, most people are deficient in magnesium and many in potassium. Since I continue to drink distilled water, I need additional minerals. Potassium is not a mineral you can be careless taking at random, like vitamin C or even magnesium, which will just flush out with diarrhea if you take too much. I would recommend that one reads as many articles about potassium supplementation and the symptoms that occur when you have too little and when you have too much in your system. I will keep attuned to my body's behavior and adjust in the future if needed, but for this has worked fantastic for me, and so much healthier than nasty, dangerous heart drugs that can only cause more serious damage over the long run. For all afib drugs can create the same problems they are taken to reduce. FYI: I also take nattokinase in the evening to help reduce any blood clot/stroke formation, plus heart healthy fish oils like Krill.
