Children who love Pete the Cat will love this book

As a parent of a 6-year-old, I can't recommend "Pete the Cat Valentine's Day is Cool" enough! My daughter absolutely loved the story, and the added Valentine's Day cards, poster, and stickers made it an extra special treat. It's a fantastic way to make gift-giving educational, simple, and fun. Pete the Cat strikes again with another winner!

Adorable book, delivered so quickly, as expected and described!

I wanted to buy my six-year-old something other than a pile of candy for Valentine's Day and so bought this for her. She and I both enjoyed it a lot. Pete realizes that giving Valentines is fun and makes cards for his friends and others in his life. The illustrations are great and the story is cute. I found the extras (cards, stickers, poster) to be a nice touch and didn't dominate the book. We aren't Pete the Cat experts (just know one other book that we got from the library a couple of months ago), so we didn't have specific expectations as to what it should be like. So, other reviewers comments about it not being like the others were lost on me. And I'm glad I didn't read them before buying it. I might have passed it over, but am glad I didn't. It made for a nice present for my daughter.

I'm a fan of the Pete the Cat series, but this one is meh - It's ok but not as good as the others. I have to say the first three or so were the best. I'm not a fan of the smaller books, especially the music based ones like wheels on the bus. I lean more towards the original content, which this still has, but for some reason I wasn't immediately in love with this one like I was the others. Maybe it's because it's missing the repetitive story line and songs. Still a cute book. The Valentines included are cute, but I hated to tear them out since they were part of the book itself. I think these tucked inside would have been a better choice.

My grandson liked it, has valentine cards, a wall poster.

Our daughter (4 yrs) loves this new Pete. She loves the rhythm of these books. She also thought is was very cool it came with stickers and a poster... what kid doesn't love that. Bought the audio from audibles too so she can follow along with it on long car rides. She loves all the Pete the Cat books, and I have every new one on pre-order, so it is a little surprise every once in a while the mailbox for her. Amazon also has a great price for hardcover books, which are great paperback always seem to get lost on her bookshelf, they don't get as read as much as the hardcover books since you can see them because of the larger spine.
