This works like a charm and does not comaude bloating. It's great for low fodmap diets.

I have been using this prebiotic for over a year now. For me, it works really well and I recommended it to two of my co-workers, who are also using it now. This product was recommended to me by my gastroenterologist for the GI issues I was experiencing. After 3 weeks of usage, I was able to tell that the product does work for me. It mixes easily with water, but I prefer to use it with orange juice. I started with 1/4 of the tea spoon and gradually increased it to the full scoop. Highly recommend this product!

Amazing product! I have alot of stomach issues, and my doctor recommended this a few years ago- it has been a miracle for me. Mixes well without any grittiness or taste. LOVE it! When there was a delay in delivery due to a backlog of ingredients, I reached out directly to the company and the owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was able to order and now I will not be without it. Amazing customer service, and amazing product!!

Only issue is that I do not find that it dissolves ‘instantly’ as others have claimed. I have to wait a few minutes or it will be clumpy. Otherwise it’s fine.

At the risk of TMI/sounding a bit cooky, I just want to summarize my experience and what lead to me taking PHGG: I have had severe inflammatory intestinal issues (dysbiosis, SIBO most likely), leaky gut. Lost 50 lbs, was barely able to eat anything, was constantly sick and fatigued. I was withering away. I got to the point where I was desperate, and praying/pleading to God for help. In a surprising turn of events, God communicated to me in clear, supernatural terms that He wanted me to take 3 grams of this every day. The revelation shocked me in and of itself, but was also surprised with the "heavenly recommendation," as I have been avoiding any prebiotic, probiotic, or fiber-related substances for years, given they always seem to worsen my symptoms and cause a flair. I would have NEVER considered taking this of my own accord, but took the leap of faith. So glad I did. I took it at night, bracing myself for hell the next day, my mind filled with doubt and wondering if the "revelation" was just "in my head" and something my own brain made up in a moment of desperation and despair. And at best, I assumed that if it did help, it would take at least a few weeks to have any noticeable improvement. To my great surprise and joy, the next morning, I woke up clearly improved- dramatically less bloating, cramps, gas, fatigue and malaise than I usually have in the mornings. I kept taking every night. I've been on it for 6 weeks now, still just at 3 grams, and my quality of life has remained dramatically improved compared to before I started taking it. One modestly disappointing thing I've noticed is that the benefits of the small 3 gram dose has not seemed to build/improve over time. It works exactly as well as the first few days I took it-still a huge improvement, but improvement hasn't seemed to increase at the fixed dose at 3 grams. I have forgotten to take it at night one time in the past 6 weeks, and oh man- back to feeling horrible. But when I restarted it that night, I was back to my new, improved baseline the very next morning. I plan on slowly ramping up the dose, maybe by 1 gram a week, until I'm at 10-15 grams daily. I am so grateful for this supplement, glad I prayed, glad that God appears to be interested in my relatively mundane, trivial struggles as a single human being, and glad I took the risk/leap of faith and started taking. I don't want to imagine where I would be health-wise without this PHGG.

I’ve been using Perfect Pass Prebiotic (PHGG) for some weeks, adding the powder to my morning coffee. It has now become part of my daily morning routine. My mom came to visit me and said that she had a stomach ache and felt bloated. I dissolved a teaspoon of PHGG powder in a bottle of water for her, shortly after she drank it, she felt better. My mom has frequent stomach issues and ordered her own container of PHGG. My mother didn’t find any different texture in the water or flavor, which is my experience with my morning coffee as well. The powder dissolves easily and there is no issue drinking any liquid, once the powder is added, because it is truly flavorless. I highly recommend this product.

The ad says it costs 15 cents per oz if you subscribe and 18 cents per oz if you buy one time. This is not true. Do the math it's more like $4.36 per oz.

Didn't help me AT ALL. Used the whole container, gradually increased dose. Nope!

Dissolves very readily. Easy to drink...giving me positive results.
