I have been using this procuct by the case for three years, at least. Always have a case on hand for fast heady-to-go hot vegetable soup.

Now I see that the expiration date is not good for what I intended (prep) and due to the fact that this item was unable to be returned I started to eat the cans of soup. The vegetable lentil flavor tastes really good AND it's good FOR YOU too! Non GMO, gluten-free plus tastes like homemade. A little expensive but definitely well worth the price.

I love lentil soup, but I don't have time to cook. This is the next best thing! It's so soothing in the cool weather months, and lentils are so good for you. I prefer this one with vegetables to the plain lentil one. It's just the right consistency for me, not too thick or runny, and it's delicious! I buy 12 packs and just stock up, because it's my favorite lunch these days. Enjoy!

I love this soup! Very filling, vegan, and delicious. It makes a great, healthy meal when you're too lazy or busy to prepare anything, which is frequently for me.

The product is OK, but not outstanding. One can contains 1,200 mg of sodium. The label indicats that on can has 29 percent of RDA for fiber, and 17 percent of RDA for protein. The flavor is OK, but nothing to shout about. It is a low calorie, vegetarian product.. I had previously purchased HMR lentil stew which iI can no longer find listed on Amazon.

I’ve been buying Amy’s products for many many years. Over the past three years of the pandemic prices have risen considerably. Now that the pandemic is seemingly under control the prices remain high. It’s not only Amy’s products, but so many other products have increased greatly in price and have remained that way. That aside, The only downside to Amy’s products, especially their soups, is that if you can’t get the low sodium version, the regular version is way too high in sodium: over half the DV of sodium. It’s OK if you can use the product as a way of salting other ingredients in a dish that aren’t salted or lightly salted. Then there’s no problem, but that’s not always going to be the case.

Making good foods taste better & be better for enjoying a most nourishing & healthful complete good-for-you/guilt free taste delight!!!

It’s so hearty, I can use it as a main course for a meal, with some salad.
