Copper Fit Unisex Adult Rapid

I suffer from a bad disc at the L5-S1. I love to run, but the constant pavement-pounding is hard on my back. This has really helped stabilize my back muscles when I run, reducing the tendency to aggravate my nerves. I had purchased this along with a Saris product to try them both out. After trying them both out for a couple of weeks and, while they both offer good support, I found that the Copper Fit is more comfortable to wear on both short and long runs. So I use it on every run and have been very happy with it.

I nearly stopped playing golf because of muscle pain after a round. A friend suggested Copper Fit might help... And it Did! No more pain from twisting and turning. Great support and quality.

Not bad at all. My pain is in the lowest part of the lower back. This thing has a nice pocket for a gel pack that can be frozen or heated. I prefer the cold and it is quite nice and lasts between an hour to two hours. I haven’t heated it in the microwave and honestly heat isn’t my think so I probably won’t. If you have pain in the lower back this will help. It will sit around your hip bones and provide support. I’ve been semi-active with it and he has been helpful. Cut some firewood and done other general household maintenance with it. I don’t know if the copper that’s allegedly in it has made any difference. I honestly think that’s just a gimmick. But for me that is irrelevant because it provide support, forces you to maintain good posture, and allows you to heal and prevents you from aggravating an existing injury. I would but it again. No regrets here.

Fits well and gives good support. Would definitely recommend.

I have a 34" waist. It appears the copper fit brace I had been wearing is no longer available and this was the closest match I could find. They changed the back brace to accommodate from around 28 to 50 inche waists. For small waists that increases the amount of material (and hence weight and volume of the brace) significantly. I could wear the old one under my pants comfortably but the must wear the new one outside my pants. The old brace felt like it gave me better support than the new one. I prefer the old style.

This backbrace truly helped me when is was at work. I didn’t have no problems fit is very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone with back problems.

I just finished a trip to Europe and wearing this around while walking was a life saver! The cobblestone streets, the hills and hikes.. this kept my back away from pain and when we'd sit down for lunch or dinner, I could easily loosen it up. The ice pack is amazing as well!

The product provides support but I wish the waist band was slightly longer. It is pretty comfortable for wearing an extended period of time. Would purchase again. The gel pack is great for heat or cold.
