Would these be suitable for smoothing a small section of an uneven plastered wall ? . Thank You.

Although they have been great for smoothing some woodwork that I have carried out the work still needs to be finished off with a block and a sandpaper sheet. I think they are great for removing large amounts of material but the circular motion will leave marks. I guess it will all depend on how uneven the plaster is though. Hope this helps

What setting do you use on the drill?

I find the top speed (on my drill this is 2400 RPM) the most suitable.
