After I received my 4500 game unit, I was happy to learn how easy it was to be playing. This machine is very high quality and the joysticks are awesome. The cabinet is well built and the coin slot is a great feature. I use it for my own entertainment so I use the free play button to credit the machine. Awesome!! It comes with heavy duty levelers with sturdy rubber feet just in case your floor isn't quite level. > Brian and his team are 100% professional and courteous. The shipment had an issue along the way but I was kept in the loop the entire time. Sally called often enough to make sure I was informed and they provided me with a solution to make up for the shipping snafu. I am happy to write a glowing review of both the product and Creative Arcade. The delivery was well executed and professional as well. Fantastic product. Even more fantastic customer service. If you are interested in a vintage arcade machine your search is over. The quality is outstanding. The customer service could not be better. We called a few times for delivery information and were always given accurate information from super friendly people. We were amazed when we had a technical question on Christmas day and it was answered and solved in no time. We have been having a blast with our arcade for 2 months now and it works flawlessly. Can't say enough good things about the product and the company.

Screen is 480P not 720P like it states. Green vertices lines prove to me that they used VGA and I was correct, when HDMI would of been better but, can't use HDMI because they put a VGA LCD screen that supports 480p. The lights don't work, the amplifier makes a crunch sound every 7 seconds. The cabinet was prefabricated from another system.

They really do mean "Commercial" with this unit, it is robust and would stand up to serious abuse. The sound and video quality are great. The joysticks, buttons, and trackballs are very high quality and will take you back to your youth playing the old school machines. It came in perfect condition and required no assembly other than putting on the optional leveler feet. Then it was just plug it in and play. On top of that the service from the company was outstanding. Less than 24 hours after ordering this here it was in my living room. Their driver worked late (9pm) to get it to me even after I told him he didn't need to. I live in the same metro area as their warehouse so don't expect this everywhere but the takeaway is that the overall attitude from them is very customer focused.

I was very excited to get this. It is pretty neat, but I made a point to order one with a trackball. This one said "trackball" in the description and all the photos showed one. When it arrived, all the control panels were different and did not have the trackball. Centipede just isn't the same. Other observations: no manual; no apparent way to adjust the volume; menu is difficult to navigate just because of the number of games. There doesn't seem to be much thought put into organizing and search isn't user friendly. Overall though it is fun to play and from what I see out there better than most other options.

A bit pricey but seems to be sturdily built. Customer Service during the sale and through the delivery was very responsive but afterwards the follow up and response has been substandard. My unit came with buttons missing that were illustrated and tracking balls missing that were illustrated. No explanation (or credit issued) for the discrepancies. Setup was a bit of a problem due to the lack of follow up (not returning my calls) after the delivery. This was during the Christmas / New Year Holiday so I can understand some "lag" time but I do not understand "no follow up". I have resumed life and with my kids and grandkids we have figured out basic functionality. Still don't know how to control cabinet led lights and sounds ....

My best entertaunmebt investment for the price point. I was surprised, the games are absolutely identical to the arcade room I spent one gazillion dollars on innthw 80s. It has Pac Man, MS Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Dug out, Centipede AND EVERY GAME that was in the arcade room, every one that I played anyways. Every fighting game is there, every shooting game, one gazillion kids games, too many games. I narrowed it down to about 40 games we play from Pac Man, MS Pac Man, fast Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Donkey King Jr, GAlAGA, Centipede, Mortal Combat versions ( about 30 of those ), Dug Out, Frogger,, Too many to name,. Everyone plays MS Pac Man ans Galaga once they walk in the room. Lots of fun and keeps people occupied during social functions.

Got this a few years ago and kept meaning to leave a review. I was showing it off to some friends and it reminded me to write this. From the beginning before buying it the seller was very responsive. After looking at the game list there were a few games that were missing that I wanted. The seller added on the ROMs for the few extra games I wanted. On delivery the folks who delivered it were obviously associated with the company/seller. They set it up in my basement where I wanted it, fired it up to make sure it worked, and explained everything. Some of the buttons to switch games are a bit weird, but I just need to remember to get my label maker out one of these days to label them. Not an issue. A few days later I noticed the screen had a dead pixel and I contacted the seller soon after I got it. The screens were on back order, but eventually I got a new screen shipped to me. I think the seller said they would even send someone out to help replace it iirc. However, it was an easy switch. Overall I’d recommend getting this if you want a super cool addition to a game room or wherever. Buy with confidence. The seller/company is a stand up organization.

Companies are best judged by what happens when things go wrong. Received my arcade table but no riser. Contacted the company which got back to me immediately shipped it out no charge and I received it in two days. All my investigation said that this was the company to buy from and they are correct. The machine is beautiful. The rising top is great. Everything of the highest quality. My one critique of the table would be that you can’t make a list of favourites. And with 3500 games it can take some time searching. Otherwise an amazing product and great company. I’d happily buy it again.

The machine arrived packed impeccably. I could tell by the way it was packaged there was no damage and it was also foam wrapped inside for added security. The machine is exactly how it looked in the listing. It was squeaky clean and the quality that went into the construction was really easy to see. It’s sturdy, sleek, and pretty easy to get a feel for. The stools were incredibly easy to put together and suit the machine perfectly. Had a minor hiccup with the lighting as I was unaware there was a remote for it, but found it right away when I was told it should be there. The games are what was advertised, and I have not yet found anything to be disappointed about. I also feel confident if I run into problems support will be there for me. My couple questions I had after getting it were answered right away. If you’re thinking about it, do it. My kids have also enjoyed it with me. Do it. You can’t go back to the 80’s, but this is a solid plan B. Do it.
