Perfect for us fur mamas 🐾
Sorry so long I hate long reviews but they do help those that research while shopping so I want to contribute! I was looking to replace my shark steam mop that I’ve had for four years as it finally kicked the bucket and stopped steaming. As a replacement I was looking for something that didn’t have a thousand attachments because my shark had it and I only used them once. I’ve gotten my routine down to where I vacuum the whole house and then steam and that’s a timely process. I didn’t even know they made two-in-ones like this one! I have a messed up arm from heavy equipment like hand-held vacuums and the shark steam mop because it swivels all crazy. This one ended up being heavy but it didn’t aggravate my arm at all. It doesn’t allow for crazy swivels so there was minimal risk for hurting my arm. And let me say, vacuuming and steaming as you go is the BEST! I was so nervous because it completely changes the routine and I found myself overthinking about how I was going to work it literally. Like do you vacuum and then steam, or do you do both simultaneously? Like, how do I do it?! I finally just went in and went with it. And it went beautifully and cut my floor-cleaning in half! Whole house done in just one go! I only had to refill the water tank once compared to three times before with old product. And the cord is the usual length. The handle is adjustable if you need to make it shorter or taller. And I like to have multiple pads on hand so I can change as I go. I like to dedicate one pad to our master bedroom, one for the kitchen and one for living area. And then when I’m done, I toss them all in the washer and hang-dry. It’s what I did with my old product. Also, emptying the vacuumed debris from dirt tank was super easy too. I have replacement filters on the way. Bravo, this two-in-one is AWESOME especially for its price. I’m super happy! I still have my super lightweight vacuum cleaner for daily maintenance to alleviate my arm, and a spray swiffer-like mop for daily spot-checks and its own washable pads. I’ll be using this two-in-one once a week ;) PS I’m a GSD fur mama and she’s currently shedding, there couldn’t have been a more perfect time to try this new thing out! Her ball of fur was in the dirt tank nice and dry while the mop pad clearly picked up the dirt tracked by her muddy paws from recent rainy weather. This is a must-have for fur mamas!

Works Perfectly, Designed Well
I love this vacuum/mop! I have a long-haired cat who sheds like crazy. This is the perfect vacuum/mop for me. I vacuum and mop all in one step, saving me a lot of time and effort. I use this on my tiled floors and on my sealed hardwoods. I use this all over a couple of times a week and spot clean when necessary and it is wonderful knowing that not only do my floors look clean, they ARE clean. The steaming function sanitizes as it mops, which makes me feel good about walking barefoot in my house. My floors are clean without harsh chemicals, which is an added benefit. I purchased additional mop heads, which means I machine wash all of them at once, once a week with bleach and standard laundry detergent and then throw them in the dryer. There is very little fuss or trouble with the process. I have a few rugs, and I simply snap off the mop portion and vacuum the rugs as I would with a regular vacuum. This vacuum/mop was worth every penny. I've had it for several months and I've never been happier with my floors. I can highly recommend this one without hesitation.

Gets the Job Done
(TLDR at the end) I bought this because I had been looking for a vacuum since my old shop vac on the blink, and because it's such a hassle to vacuum, put it away, and then bring out the mop. Taking it out of the box was simple. It's definitely a little on the heavy side, but nothing I couldn't lift. Assembly was ridiculously easy! You just click the vacuum head onto the body - that's it. The debris bucket was already in place and is easy to unlock and take out - just slide the lock and remove. I first used it on my bedroom. I have a German Shepherd mix, so she sheds A LOT during summer, and there is always fur everywhere. Not really knowing how well it would pick it up, I did swiffer a bit to get any large chunks of fur out of the way, that way I didn't immediately clog up the vacuum. That said, I could see that it was picking up quite a bit of fur that I both could and couldn't see from the wood floors. I could even hear the dirt and small particles it sucked up. After vacuuming, I began mopping. The handle has a button on the underside you squeeze to create the steam. Works fairly quickly to build up steam so that was nice. After a few back and forth motions, you could clearly see the floor was wet. It did a really well job, and got some sticky stuff from the floor and just made it shine. The next room was the bathroom, and it really needed a good deep cleaning so I included a few pics for that one. As you can see in the video, it picks up quite a bit of dust and hair from the floor in one go, however, on the sides of the vacuum are rubber pieces which catch some of the hair (I guess to prevent it from sticking to the mop? I'm not sure). It made it a little annoying because I would have to stop to pull it and hope I could vacuum it up. Moving it around was probably the biggest drawback of this product. It's small, but it won't get deep into tight spaces or corners, and even if the vacuum is against the wall, it may not suck up what's on the floor because of the rubber parts mentioned earlier. When I began to mop, it did a good job again of steaming and cleaning, but as I mopped you could see the clear line at the edge of the walls where the mop begins and the vacuum ends, leaving wet pieces of dust that were probably stuck from the vacuum. The big clump of fur/hair is what I had to pull out of the vacuum because it was stuck partly on the rubber parts and so it wasn't being completely sucked up. Overall, I think it's a decent vacuum and it did a good job of cleaning what I needed it to. It wasn't perfect, but I feel like it's hard to find something that does it all nowadays, especially when you have pets. If I'm honest, I'm more inclined to rate it 3.5/5 than a 4, but I'll cut it some slack. I really enjoy the convenience of being able to vac and mop at the same time so that's what really wins me over with this product. tldr; Gets the job done. Decent suction to pick up most hair/fur, but struggles with thicker clumps. Steam mop works well on sticky substances and is easy to use, but due to it being behind the vac, you can't mop close to the edges/walls in tight spaces. Assembly was the easiest thing ever, just clicked the parts in place. Long cord lets you travel, but can also get in the way. Maneuverability was the biggest issue, not made for tight spaces/corners.

Total game changer!! Two for one!! 🙌🏻Cleans while you vacuum, YES PLEASE!!
I was hesitant to buy this after I read some of the negative reviews. I worried that it would be a huge pain to hold the steam button and that it would do a crappy job. SO GLAD I gave it a chance. I absolutely LOVE it. The two in one feature is so so awesome. I have 3 kids who are constantly dropping everything on the floor and so much wood floor to vacuum and clean. Vacuuming and then mopping in the same day just doesn’t happen for me because I don’t have the time to do both. NOW I can do both at the same time!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The I worried the vacuum feature wouldn’t be very good but it’s awesome. If vacuums just as well as my shark vacuum and cordless dyson. It cleans just as well as the swiffer I’m used to using, but it even easier on tough to clean spots cus I don’t have to scrub the area but instead let the vacuum sit and slowly move it back and forth to let the steam melt the spot. I do agree with some of the comments about the steamer not being super powerful, BUT it still does a great job, similar if not better than a swiffer. For me, this has literally cut my cleaning in half and makes it so my floors are not only vacuumed daily, but cleaned and I love it so so much. We have so much wood floor and even though we don’t wear shoes in the house by the end my bare feet are usually kinda dirty from walking bear foot in the house all day, not anymore!! Because I vacuum the floors daily they are now being cleaned daily too where before I would only spot clean/swiffer them or so the entire floors weekly. The steam button you have to hold could have been a button that just stays on instead of having to hold it, BUT it’s located on the handle where you have to grin to vacuum anyway, so it’s not a big deal in the slightest to hold down as you vacuum. It is easy to use, vacuums wonderfully while steaming at the same time. For the price I can not get over how awesome this product is. It will not clean grout or instantaneously melt hard to remove spots, but for the daily cleaning of floors, this product as changed the way my floors look and feel and I love love love it! Give it a change, ignore the negative reviews. Totally worth it!!🙌🏻🙌🏻

Yes, I like it and I’ll never do it manual again 😁
Hi there!! If you like to read long reviews, this is for you 😅 So I have to brag about it, we bought our first house this past December after living in an apartment for several years 🥳🥳🥳 I use to have rug for almost my entire apartment, so I really didn’t mop, but now with a bigger space to live and no rug, I needed to find something to keep it clean and live to tell it 😅 Since I have fibromyalgia, I need to find things to make my home chores easier and lighter, and this little toy is a great help!! Is light weight, at least quite more than my regular Shark vacuum. I was looking for something light to vacuum and mop at the same time, and not give an arm and leg for it, so this is a super good option. Since I don’t use it every day and I have 3 little furry kids, it tends to get hairy and sometimes they bring dirt from the backyard. It’s relaxing to see how the hairs and little sprinkles of dirt disappear after using it, and it’s more satisfying to see when some kitchen stains disappear after one or two passing with this. I also love that it doesn’t need big amounts of water, maybe like 6 oz it’s enough to clean my kitchen and the living room, for example. I like to pass it 3 times in every area, ‘cause according to the instructions, is how you can sanitize the area. The steam come out (as you can expect 😅) super hot, and it only takes it like 39 seconds after you plug it to have the right temp to start moping. I also love that you don’t need to use any chemicals to clean your floors, so you save some money there and it makes it more eco friendly, which I value. It doesn’t leave any marks on your floor (unless the pad is super wet, I like to change the pads for one to two rooms) and it evaporates really quick (until, again, the pad is super wet 😅) And when you’re done, you can just throw the pads to your laundry machine and you’re done!! The only thing I’m not super raved about it is the vacuum, which is the fact for what I bought it, to vacuum and mop at the same time. I don’t feel the vacuum has lots of power and sometimes when I do both things at the same time, it doesn’t vacuum everything and then they get wet with the mop and is more complicated to clean them, but like I said, I don’t clean every day so, that was kind of expected 😅 But I bought another one for my mom and she’s very happy about it. She does both things, vacuum and mop, and she’s super happy with the results!! I’ll never gonna do it manual again!!! Hope this review help you decide, have an awesome day!!! 🤗

First one stopped steaming in 2 weeks, warranty replacement leaks everywhere
I bought this back at the end of August and was super excited to get it. Within 2wks the unit stopped heating up to make steam. Amazon encouraged me to reach out to Bissell for help, and I did. The process of reaching out to Bissell took a little over 2wks all in, so I was out of my return window by the time the warranty replacement Bissell sent arrived. But to back up a bit, help from Bissell was effectively non existent. The tech I was paired with for emailing back and forth kept giving me directions on what parts of the unit to remove and check for clogs, but this unit had none of those pieces as removable. All of the places he was telling me I should be able to slide a panel or easily click to remove pieces of the machine to check are securely screwed together. It’s like he was giving me advice on different steam mop units (also semi confirmed from the amount of YouTube scraping I did to try and find troubleshooting for this exact model; what he was telling me to do would have worked for other models I saw). Finally he said no problem, he would process a warranty replacement and a new unit out. In most cases, I’d have rather just returned this to Amazon, but this was the first time I’d seen Amazon suggest reaching out to the manufacturer, so I followed their lead and got what seemed to be a reasonable outcome: a brand new machine. WRONG. This outcome was no bueno too. About a month into owning it, I found the ground beneath it absolutely soaked one morning. I assumed maybe I hadn’t closed the tank fully when I refilled it, or maybe one of my in laws staying with me knocked it over and didn’t realize it had effectively emptied the tank and wrote it off. This happened again when it was just my husband and I at home, shortly after I’d finished spot mopping an area. Went back to finish after dinner and again, a puddle under the unit. This is all on my laminate floors, too, so now I have these nice little hooved up edges where the water sat and soaked in. Anyway, I thought it was user error and used some of my previous self taught troubleshooting techniques to try and fix it. I limped it alone for the last 6ish wks, just hoping I’d make it through the holiday season. I made sure to always empty it when I was done and everything. But, just before thanksgiving, the unit began leaking near constantly when in use. Steam mopping was pointless because you left a trail of big droplets behind you. Still, I kept trying to fix it. Then, this morning, it effectively stopped steaming. It didn’t *entirely* stop, but the stream of steam that comes directly out of the body is so minute it’s ineffective, and the majority of water that comes out of the body just dribbles out in a steady stream when you hold the handle down. The unit is warm to the touch, but it’s just not making much steam at all. I considered maybe it’s my water, but I switched to filtered and distilled only on this second one and it still crapped out. I’m over it. I’m done. This machine has so much potential to be good and when it worked I LOVED it, but there’s clearly some sort of issue with the steam end of the whole process. Fwiw, I contacted Amazon about this whole issue and made it clear that the reason I was outside of the return window was their own doing. After 3 chat techs and 29min, they finally refunded me in whole and said to just toss the bunk warranty replacement unit. What an absolute shame, but at least I got my money back.

Good but not great
I have had this vaccum for almost a year, so let's start by saying that quality is good, mine is in perfect conditions (like new), although I haven't used it too often. Pros: - It is easy to assemble and viceversa. - It doesn't take up much space (ideal for small apartments). - You can use the functions separately, just vaccum, just mop or altogether. - Steam function works well, and I love that you can easily remove sticky messes. - Filter is easy to wash. - For a small apartment (like mine) you only need to fill the water tank once, no need to refill in the middle of the process (might depend on how dirty is the floor), but for me the tank capacity is fine. - The collector dust bin is big enough as well. - Since it is corded, the cord is very long, you don't have to change outlets many times. However I would have rather one that works with batteries, because every time you unplug it you need to wait a few seconds to start steaming again. Cons: - Vaccum function is very very loud for me, it is annoying. - Can't get it under the bed and most low furniture. 😩 - Vaccum is average, is not strong enough. It is located at the front, I think the design should have put it in the back as well, because when you try to vacuum and mop at the same time, unless is daily maintenance you end up pushing dirt around and it leaves dirt streaks, which defeats the whole purpose. So either a stronger suction power is needed or having the vaccum in the front and back could have worked. - If you are tall, let's say more than 6'0 the stick length might not be long enough, and your back might suffer. In conclusion, my hubby says this thing doesn't clean, but I differ if you are planning to clean everyday, then get it because it does work for light cleaning purposes, if the floor is not too dirty you can vacuum and mop at the same time. Otherwise, if you want it for deep cleaning, do not buy or get a steam mop only, because for that you still need to vacuum first, and pass it over twice if you want a perfect job (the pic I'm sharing is dirt that I collected with my IKEA mop after vacuuming and moping once with the Bissell, so that's why I'm talking about going over twice).

Better than the Bissel Symphony or Swiffer wet jet
I love this vacuum. I used to mop once every six weeks and now I can do it every week. I bought one for everyone in my family. I love this vacuum. Why do I love this vacuum? The two-in-one vacuum plus mop saves me so much time by doing it all at once. Especially with a dog with incontenance issues in her old age. One advice point is that the vacuum is on the front of the device, so you should refrain from a common W pattern and always push so as to suck up the dust instead of smearing it with the wet mop. That’s for best results, but it still works better than any swifter wet jet hitting one little pebble. That takes some getting used to, but it saves me a step from doing a separate sweep and mop. Why is this better than the more expensive models? Because you can disassemble it, clean it, replace parts. You don’t have to cut hair from rollers. You don’t have to fiddle with hoses. You don’t have to be careful about cleaning it before you put it way. You don’t have to worry about mixing wet vs dry components. If you have pets or long hair, you know that the roller is the bane of your existence. This is a simple vacuum into a tiny collection bin. There are limited places for chunks like big pieces of paper to get stuck and you can take apart the whole thing and clean all of the filters. The mop itself is washable. I just throw it in the laundry every time instead of spending $5 on sheets that stink with fake scents. And the other filters are just so easy to remove. If you think it’s suction is slow, you just shake out the filters. This thing pulls dustbunnies better than my top-of-the-line Bissell vacuum.

Are you strong
I am very deceived of this product. It's hard to maneuver doesn't slide easily. On a carpet yo need brute strength to operate it. I would suggest to Bissell to have it self-propel. The maceuvrablity would be greatly enhance. The concept is great, the reality is awful. Can the wheel be adjusted in height?
