Ful Brick House Laptop Sling Backpack

I carried this foor my purse/EDC for 6 months. Just going from car to work and back to car it ended up ripping out on me. I still have it and will occasionally use it. But for the price I was expecting it to lst for longer than it did before it ripped out. I did not carry a lot of weight in it either. Mostly paperback books, pens and normal purse stuff.

I generally like this bag, but after six months can say that the build quality is average and the warranty response has been completely absent.Overall: This bag is small - not something you would want to use as your only carry-on for an overnight trip. It is, however ideal for single-day trips or throwing on my back to ride into work. I can squeeze in my 14" Lenovo, a kindle, cords, passport. Its not bulky and easier to lug through an airport than a briefcase. Another pro is that the bag is ambidextrous - put it over your right or left shoulder.The downsides relate to build quality. In less than a year stitching has frayed in a couple of places. Additionally, the buckle on the strap has broken.Worse than that, my three warranty requests through Ful's website have gone unanswered. I did receive an automated response from Bernie Hafif of Concept1 (the parent company) saying he was on vacation and would respond when he returned three days later. That was two months ago.

This sling bag so far has proven to be worth the price. I really like the adjustable strap so I can wear this bag around a different shoulder when my right shoulder feels sore. My laptop also fits quite well into the back compartment. I only wish that the smaller front compartment had dual zippers like the two larger compartments, as well as a hoop for me to hang my bag. Otherwise I'm quite satisfied with this sling bag, and would recommend it to others who are looking for a reliable sling backpack.

One of the zippers broke first time out. They replaced bag when I got home from trip. This has one of the best layouts of a sling type bag I’ve seen. We’ll see if this one holds up better than the first one.

Love the design of this backpack and the number of pockets. However, the small pocket zipper broke the first week. Very unfortunate since this is where I kept my phone for easy access. Also, the water bottle pocket could use a draw string to keep it from falling out. Sling design and thick strap are very comfortable.

My only criticism is that my Dell laptop is a really tight fit as is my standard size portfolio. Looking forward to trying it out on the plane in a couple of weeks.

I like the thought of this backpack, but it was just a touch too small for all that I need to carry.

i ordered this bag in pink, you say to yourself it looks pink and it come pink. eh wrong. mine came camo i was going to return it but then i said never mind. but i just order it off the website.
