Any time you need olivada for a recipe, this is the stuff! There is a wonderful recipe by Barbara Kafka that leads to a heavenly risotto done in the microwave, and this is the olivada you need to make it.

This item was delivered promptly as promised. I ordered two jars and was very happy to see how well wrapped they were. Every time I serve this black olive spread. Our guests rave about the delicious flavor. It’s perfect to serve on a cheese board or as a spread on the dinner table for bread.

Never arrived
Would love to leave a Review but it never arrived. I did get a reimbursement. I actually ended up making my own and it was pretty good with minimal effort - so take that!

good taste, contains vinegar
While this olive paste tastes good, it does contain vinegar, which, to me, limits is usefulness in cooking.
