After receiving the product, I was not satisfied and requested a return. However, the seller refused to take the product back. What shocked me the most was the seller's response. Instead of accepting the return, they suggested that I keep the product, make a drink from it, and consume it, while offering only a 10% refund. I found this response completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I also contacted desertcart for assistance, but unfortunately I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Customers should not be forced to keep a product they do not want, especially when the seller refuses to honor a reasonable return request. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this seller based on the poor customer service and handling of the issue.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the seller. After receiving the product, I was not satisfied and requested a return. However, the seller refused to take the product back. Wipes out the entire colony, but you have to let them swarm first
If you have tiny sugar ants invading your kitchen, these liquid bait stations are the absolute best solution on the market. I put a banana in the photo for scale, which is highly appropriate because leaving fruit out on the counter is exactly how I ended up with an ant problem in the first place. WHAT MAKES IT GREAT: • Unlike bug sprays that only kill the scouts you can see, the ants drink this borax-laced sugar water, carry it back to the nest, and feed it to the queen. It effectively wipes out the entire colony at the source. • The plastic stations are pre-filled and completely mess-free. You just snap off the tab and set it down where you see activity. THE UGLY TRUTH: • It gets much worse before it gets better. Once you place the trap, it will quickly attract a massive, horrifying swarm of ants. You must resist the urge to panic and squish them or spray them. You have to let them feast and walk away so they can carry the poison back home. If you just leave them alone for 48 hours, they will completely vanish. THE BOTTOM LINE: A highly effective, colony-destroying bait system that works flawlessly if you have the patience to let the swarm do its job.
