Clairol Professional Jazzing Semi-Permanent Hair Color with Shiny, Vibrant Results for All Hair Textures

I have a white patch of hair in the very front that I've been dying purple for a few years now. This was a very light and easy to use hair dye. Consistency is a little watery and I did put it in my hair for a lot longer but the color is very nice. To make it the color I wanted though I mixed it with another purple and it came out perfectly.

I started using this product 30 years ago, and I still like this product. It deposits color, but it is not harsh on your hair. There is no bleach. I never understood why you would have to bleach your hair to apply a dark color on your naturally dark colored hair. I went through a phase where I gravitated toward a more expensive professional quality brand that required you to lift your hair to dye your hair a dark shade like black. I found that it was damaging my hair, and the lifting was not necessary. After two years of experimenting with the salon product, I went back to using Jazzing, which confirmed that lifting hair that is dark to apply a dark color is not necessary. I like to use this product two ways. Sometimes I will just apply and place a plastic bag on my hair and let it sit for an hour or two and then rinse out. This will provide me with a temporary color that will completely rinse out in a month or two. I normally do this if I am using a bright color like the Cherry, Grape or even Blue. If I want a more permanent color to last for 3 to six months, I will sit under a hair dryer for 30 minutes using medium heat. My hair color is a Mahogany Brown, and I have always dyed my hair Black because I did not like having Brown hair. After not using color for a few years, and getting used to my natural hair color, I decided to buy this Coffee Brown, which is a slightly darker shade of brown than my natural hair color. Overall, I think this brands deposits nice rich temporary color, and there is something in it that strengthens my natural hair and provides a nice shine. The product is economically priced, and you can obtain the same results that you would in a salon using a semi permanent color. I highly recommend this brand.

I’ve been using Jazzing for yers and this product never let me down. I have to straighten my hair w relaxer and I use this right after and there’s no damage to my hair. I have long hair, almost to my waist, and I’m older, but my hair isn’t negatively affected by this product. It colors well, and if u add a heating cap, it remains until I color again in six weeks. I love this product. It’s my go to every time.

I have used this product for many years. It has great coverage of grays if you are not looking for a permanent color. It washes in completely and does not dry your hair. The color comes out just the way I like it every time! This is something I do at home by myself without my stylist. Very easy to apply. Just follow the directions.

I have loved this product for so long! Great temporary hair color oh and the smell!!! It’s my favorite scent. I wish I could bottle it as a perfume !!

I am trying to cover my grays that are coming in, and I thought this would be good since it is safer on hair. I don't want to use bleach anymore due to new health Dx of Hashimoto's. But this stuff is terrible. Very messy, runny. and very dark. Unfortunately they didn't have a lighter color for me to try. I still have one bottle left, but I found Natural Instincts and I like that better. This was not a good color for me, just too dark. Thankfully it washed out quickly and I even did a color remover twice before I used natural instincts.

I didn't notice any added shine until the next time I blow dried my hair, so you might need heat to really see the effects of this gloss. Personally, I found the clear gloss to be very easy to use and effective at adding shine. I also tried a coloured bottle for toning, and I can not recommend AGAINST that enough. It stained everything it touched and was a huge mess and pain to clean up. The clear one however worked great without any of the added issues. The smells is definitely bad but it isn't too strong and doesn't seem to stick to the hair.

Perfect colour for me. I’ve used similar products but this one lasted the longest after several washes. Very easy to use and it covered all my gray strands. Great product for the price.

I bought the Red Hot bottle to refresh my dyed red hair & it came out well. It made my hair soft but beware to completely rinse the colour out or the colour will run.

Maybe its expire but it doesnt smell right
