Exploring Art: A Global, Thematic Approach (with CourseMate Printed Access Card)

I don't know when rental of books started but this worked out wonderfully for me. I could not have asked for 1) an easier proccess in which to order and 2) a easier time to rent and get the book. The process that is currently set up does a remarkable job for us those that are using the rental process for the first time. Great job!

I rented this used book for Art 103 and it was in good condition. I passed the class so yay :)

Enjoyed the text that will be kept. A super resource with detailed explanations and graphics of various art types. While not an art major but one who does enjoy art in its various forms, found the text to be well worth the investment. Expect to refer to it in the future when questions arise.

I purchased this book because it was required for my college course of art appreciation. It was an online course and I was able to pass this class by having this book. It was also way cheaper than my college bookstore and other online sites.

I had to rent this book for school to use over the semester, it arrived at my house earlier than the expected delivery date, the book was in good condition and returning the book at the end was extremely easy to do so as well. Will be renting more books for future semesters from this seller. Beautifully book, nicely written so much information not only about the art piece but about the place, culture its from.

For an art textbook it was an easy read and tells the history of some art in a laymen's term way.

There was no mention of water damage or that pages were torn, just that it was in used. Used books can be in good condition or they can be in bad condition. I paid over a hundred dollors and when I got my book some of the pages were stuck together so they are damaged with parts that are not legible. I don't think I got what I paid for and this is for my class, that I also had to pay for. I don't think that I will go this route again.

I bought this because the access code was unused. I received the Int'l edition, not the US edition as advertised and pictured. Access code did not work because it was not valid in the US. The publisher did provide a valid access code only after talking to a customer service representative and 30 minutes on the phione (initially they denied a new code after first contacting them through chat line). Also had to cancel the book I reordered thru publisher as a back-up plan. All-in-all this caused a real hassle and I almost missed several online assignments. On top of it I could've bought a new Int'l edition, if that 's what I wanted, for $20 less than what I paid for this one.
